We we're helped by Rosa Guzman today when picking up our engagement ring. She was so lovely despite the fact that the customer service area seemed busier than usual. Just wonderful can't wait to see her again. Thankyou!

Terrible customer service, bad management. Rude sales associate.Harder to return a brand new item here than it is anywhere else. After being treated so well at other locations such a SHOCK coming here being treated like i just purchased food that isnt refundable. This isnt a Tiffany’s its a food court vendor. Terrible. Never coming here again. They should re train everyone to have more class and treat customers with class because they will NEVER KNOW whos there to purchase something BIG. Like us… but lost a customer. Too bad for them its their loss.

EDIT: we went to our usual beverly hills tiffany’s after this ordeal here, and They looked at my bracelet and NO questions asked gave me a full return. The manager helped us. So i was so thankful after this bad experience at south coast tiffany’s as explained below, that i bought 3 more pieces at the Beverly hills location that i wasnt planning on! SO READ THIS REVIEW:TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. GO TO THE MANY DIFFERENT LOCATIONS INSTEAD. YOU ARE STUCK WITH WHAT YOU BOUGHT EVEN IF ITS ONLY BEEN A WEEK. DIFFICULT TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE ANYTHING HERE. EVEN WHEN UNWORN. They judge you thinking its worn when it never was!Oh and it was for an UPGRADE, (exchange) not even just a return. Like they wouldve gotten more money. Not anymore.my family could purchase this location if they wanted. Honestly thats how pissed i am.So after owning over a couple dozen gold and over half a dozen silver pieces from Tiffany’s. Even my solitaire rings and wedding band are Tiffany’s. But its safe to say due to the TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE here, Ive switched to a different luxury brand that treats me better! If you really want a tiffany’s call the customer service line which is not related to this location AT ALL and buy online! They actually help.Honestly they should hire people that knows how to work at a luxury brand. You know the one Tiffany’s website and in general boasts about. Im leaving reviews everywhere else like everyone else here too. They should change their management and hire new people and actually train them correctly.Bloomingdales and even Nordstrom rack treat you much better than this. What a shame.. i wonder if bernard arnault knows that his “2nd most busiest store aside from the flagship store in newyork” is the WORST.If youre set on going here.. dont say i or all the bad reviews here didnt warn you. Just scroll to read everyones similar experience.Other locations do not have bad reviews like here. Check yourself.Im on my way to beverly hills now to a different brand. Customer service is WORTH the drive. Dont just go to your closest store. Youll be treated like youre at a butcher shop. They are so butch!Read the reviews first. I regret i didnt. But now i know. Not wasting my money here again.

Judged by our appearance. Racists. AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. JUST BUY ONLINE OR GO TO THE BEVERLY HILLS LOCATION!I complained to tiffanys official customer service on the phone, they were very apologetic and promised to speak to them on a whole different level. Tiffany customer service on the phone helped me with what i needed.Weve been tiffany customers spending over 30,000’s of dollars since 2018. First time i had a problem was with this specific location. My wifes engagement rings are from tiffany as well (different location)Here we purchased a 1500 dollar bracelet. And after purchasing my wife was encouraged to wear it out so she did just to the parking lot. Was in the box after that. The associate was a middle eastern/ or indian middle aged lady. After 2 weeks my wife noticed the bracelet tarnishing in the box. So she was disappointed since she never even got to wear it out yet it was turning brown in between the links inside the box- so we assumed this style has been in the store for quite awhile before sold to us. Disappointed, My wife wanted to exchange this or return it for something BETTER. We planned on purchasing two more bracelets so we went in the store with kids in a wagon. Im dressed in a tank and my wife is pregnant so of course regardless of money were dressed comfortably. Since we didnt want to carry more bags on our way in my wife put on the bracelet from parking lot to store which is literally a 2 minute walk. Her second time wearing the bracelet.Minute we get in the same sales associate- middle aged indian or middle eastern lady greeted us. But before my wife could even explain the situation thoroughly she said worn pieces cant be returned and said shed talk to her manager. They didnt even LOOK AT THE BRACELET. they didnt even TRY to help. She came back and said no. Pretty flabbergasted and shocked standing there with 3 kids, my wife just said “wow okay i guess ill go clean my jewelry since im here” (she was wearing 7 pieces from beverly hills tiffany’s)At the cleaning area my wife talked to rhiti who was so kind to her when my wife explained the entire situation so rhiti called the manager for her.The manager andrew came and when explained that it was only worn out the store when that sales associated ENCOURAGED IT, and back in ONLY due to the amount of bags were carrying. He said nope. Its worn. Nothing we can do but offer cleaning or resizing. We go to tiffanys in santa monica and beverly hills all the time and even with a broken elsa peretti ring they gave us better customer service than this. Andrew basically said “its silver theyre all going to tarnish did they explain to you about cleaning your own jewelry” the jewelry did not tarnish from wear, but rather in the box therefore we were going to purchase something better.Terrible customer service even macys has better customer service than this. Shame to say this is a Tiffany’s honestly.AfterWhen my wife asked to try on different silver bracelets another associate let her try it on then after taking it off QUICKLY left as if were not going to buy anything when she wanted to try on the gold T&co band ring with diamond. We were just standing there like.. wow.. okay. So were like yea.. nope you just lost a customer 100%.Never felt so humiliated and looked down upon in our lives. Youd expect this from anywhere else but Tiffany’s. We are paying for superior customer service. What we got was less than customer service from JC Penny. I honestly felt like etsy gives better customer service than this. At etsy when we complain of tarnishing they issue us a full refund. At macys even when my wife wore something they accepted the return. This was a total low class mall vendor experience. NEVER coming here again. My wife was so infuriated she vowed to never purchase another tiffany’s again so we actually went to Cartier instead. She called Tiffany’s and they are helping her directly now, told her they SHOULD NEVER HAVE DONE THAT. Even if it was worn. My wife even asked about their policy 1st.But this store leaves a bad taste in our

AVOID THIS PLACE!When you buy tiffany’s youre paying for not just gold and silver, because those are actually pretty affordable (the material) you are paying for customer service, high quality service because it is a luxury brand. The associates are supposed to be like a concierge that make you feel welcome and HEARD. In fact Tiffany’s website boasts of their lifetime concierge service but THIS LOCATION LACKS ALL OF THAT.When you walk into a tiffany’s store you can sit down look at their catalog on tablets and theyll give you evian macaroon etc etc. helping you purchase your precious piece of jewelry but this place is like walking into a FARMERS MARKET.Tiffany’s customer service on the phone treats you better than this, but its a shame you have to walk out the store with a BAD experience to have someone with class help you over the phone. What an inconvenience.

Michele Yamamoto was so friendly, helpful, and patient with us. She professionally introduced some great choices to us, and she gave us a very good shopping experience compared to other brands.

Walked into Tiffany's today just so I can get my bracelet cleaned because it got tarnished. There was 1 customer ahead of me another I let the associate know I was before her and he explained that the customer had an appt but someone else will be with me I said ok at this point there's another customer waiting aswell another associate Teresa comes out and just goes straight to her once again I had to let her know I was before the customer and she goes on and rudely tells me "yeah she has an appt and even hand gestures like saying "whatever" to the point where the customer apologized. Luckily I got great customer service from rosa! Definitely recommend you guys to go with her.

Like other reviews, I can agree that there is a weird vibe/energy coming from the sales associates at this location. I get it because they're on commission and I respect their hustle, but you can feel eyes burning into you from start to finish. Kind of intimidating, and had to omit a star because it did make coming in kind of uncomfortable, but a stark contrast to the lovely service we received from September, who cleaned my sister's jewelry, and was warm and welcoming. She was very informed on the company's rich history and current product releases and art, which was very intriguing for me as an art lover. Her expertise and friendly customer service is what encourages me to return to this location should I ever need to purchase a new Tiffany piece. September is a rockstar!

Sadly, I did not receive the usual Tiffany welcome. I wasn't offered a beverage, and the whole experience just felt mediocre. I went to exchange a bracelet, and the SA who assisted me seemed very distant and rushed. Probably because she wasn't making a commission (I bought the bracelet online and simply wanted to exchange it in store). The piece I chose costed a little less than the one I was exchanging, and the SA came up with some cockamamie story about not being able to refund the difference on the card I purchased with. What?! She said she needed a different card and would have to charge me for the bracelet, then refund me. She was CLEARLY telling lies to get commission. After running back and forth to the register with crazy reasons, she finally said she could just refund the difference to the original card... and she said this like it was her idea and she was doing me a favor! She literally wasted 30+ minutes of my time trying to work the system to get a commission. Next time I'll be going to the Beverly Hills location.

I haven't been to this Tiffany & Co in many years. I was coming here for a necklace and found a salesperson right away. Our sales associate, Negar, was friendly and helpful! Because I have never owned much in the way of jewelry, I have always found jewelry stores a bit intimidating. Whether I was buying something for a family member, friend, or even myself, I found shopping for jewelry extremely high pressure and somewhat of a chore. My experience at this recent visit to this Tiffany & Co was completely different. Negar made finding the necklace as convenient as possible. She found the item right away and made shopping for jewelry really fun! Besides being conveniently located in South Coast Plaza, I found the customer service here exceptional. With such beautiful jewelry and wonderful service, I would not hesitate to come back and buy friends or family beautiful gifts with Negar again!

I'm not sure what's up with all the haters, they all sound like they've never shopped at a tiffany before. I usually shop at the one in Beverly Hills but I'd thought I'd give this one a spin. I buy something at Tiffany about once a year.It seems like it moved to a bigger spot inside the mall fairly recently because Maps had it on the wrong floor and location inside the mall. The current space is huge with multiple rooms. More a real Tiffany than a mall Tiffany vibe.I found what I wanted on their website before I came inside, crucial since they don't have prices on anything. The service was prompt and attentive and it's in a part of the mall with tons of other luxury retailers in case you are looking for more than one thing. And lots of tourists from East Asia.

I left a review on yelp also. I came in on 8/16/23. Was greeted by the short Asian girl (brown with blonde highlights). She initially seemed friendly and nice. As soon as I told her I need to look and see some options she seemed bummed I had a piece not in mind. It was my BIRTHDAY yesterday and I was super excited to get myself a gift. My bf had already purchased me earrings and had a lovely experience at the Dallas location. We were vacationing from out of state. Sharon or Shannon whatever her name is she is super rude. She was very short with me and was annoyed the rest of the whole interaction. She had ruined my evening up until I had Javier’s in Newport. I make good money but I think she thought I couldn’t afford anything to which I can. The entire interaction makes me never want to step foot at this location again. Keep in mind my family has gone to this location forever. I read through yelp reviews and I am the 4th client to comment on this sales associate. Why she has a job in customer service I do not know. But do not ruin a clients big day cause you are not getting your way. To end this review. As I walked out of the store she walked up to the other sales people who also did not greet us kindly. And was laughing and staring at us. She basically was making fun of us. MANAGEMENT PLEASE FIRE SHARON THE ASIAN CHICK ASAP. She has lost y’all a couple stars on yelp and will continue. (I am headed to my Dallas location to purchase two pieces currently.)

Unfortunately had the worst experience I’ve ever had in a store today at Tiffany. I had a ring that I wanted to buy so I went in today and walked around for 10 minutes and so many sales associates just standing there and no one seemed to want to help. I had to walk up to someone to ask if I can try something on.When I decided on the ring I wanted and was waiting for the sales associate to proceed with my purchase, my friend and I were talking about ring sizes and my finger size. The sales associate made a comment about my body, saying “you’re so skinny you need to eat more”. I didn’t appreciate that comment and we weren’t talking anything related to that. Let’s not make comments about other peoples body.

Came in today and the Asian girl at the front of the store sped towards me to ask what I needed as if I wasn’t able to just walk in and look around. I told her I was looking for a gift (maybe gold jewelry) for someone and gave a general idea for budget and she glared at me and laughed and in the most condescending way just said “nooooo nope no we don’t have that here.” Then kept shaking her head and smirking. It was super mean spirited. She suggested no alternatives at all even though I went on the site after and saw there was jewelry within my budget, it was just silver. Even if it was 50-100 dollars more, totally not a big deal. I was clearly open and anyone else would have probably asked “not for gold, but hey are you open to silver?”The most patronizing, unprofessional demeanor I’ve ever experienced from a sales person. Made me feel completely unwelcome and like she clearly wanted me to leave. I could’ve made a fuss about it but I genuinely felt embarrassed for her. Like girl calm down you work here, I know how much you make.

Hey guys read this ! I really don't know why all the bad comments about this store I have been coming here for a while now and yes it's a little different at this location but for the most part it's a very nice experience I think people look into things too much sometimes policy's are put in places for reasons beyond our understanding that being said it's the same when you visit Someone's house or place of work every company has different policy's your best bet when going to a store you obviously don't shop at everyday is to kind of walk around get the feel of a place be polite ask the manager how they want to do business remember this is a very high end store and they don't know you yet once they know who you are and that your normal they will be a little more at ease with you Tiffany's is a great place you just have to relax guys give it a try Happy hunting
