Was quoted and leased a 10x12. Got to the facility and it was 11x5!! Less than half the purported size. When complained to management they stated ā the sizes are approximate as stated on the leaseā SCAM

I have been renting a storage unit here for a little over six months. Recently I ran into a small issue and the young lady in the office, Keira, assisted me promptly and ensured that everything was taken care of with the attentiveness as if I was her only priority. Not only was she able to resolve my issue quickly, she did it with amazing customer service! She has made me feel comfortable, safe and secure in my choice to use this storage facility. Here I know that myself and my belongings are being valued and taken care of. Thank you Keira!

Contrary to positive reviews, mine is not. Quote: $280. Fine. Went to sign paperwork and oops sorry it's now $319 a month. Ok fine. Set up my gate code. Works fine until they updated to a new keypad....oops sorry the gate code for you was changed I later find out. Super-can't get into my storage at 7:30 for work supplies meaning I have to go to the store and buy all new supplies...... After 4 months my rate increase was $90 more a month. Super. Pay it. Go in to talk to manager. Sign up saying back in awhile which is more than an hour from now....hmmm....long break. Wants to negotiate new rate for positive online review - not happening Eric. Find new storage at $135 a month for same size unit. Leave at end of the month and get another bill for $400. Not paying it.
