Oscar! Patient gentleman with glasses is lowkey a super hero. Has helped me multiple times. I am sometimes irresponsible with my phone. He pushes me to be better. He has definitely saved the day once again! I only want to deal with Oscar when it comes to Verizon! You rock!

Salesman didn’t like that I was helping my mom over the phone to prevent her getting taken advantage of and so he cut off our cell service mid conversation. This is why this service model has pretty much died.

A sales rep convinced me that 5G home internet would be great because there is a tower directly across the street from where I live. I have not been able to use my internet service between 5PM and 11 PM. It is so incredibly bad that I truly can't put my displeasure into words. The attached screenshot was taken at 8:45 PM on a weeknight. I don't understand how the service can be marketed at up to 300 Mbps and then every evening I get speeds like this. I feel like I was scammed. I have since learned that there are additional factors at play like how many people are using 5G internet on their phones. Even still, I am baffled at how the service can get this bad. If you live in a heavily populated area of Orange County, do not listen to a single word that the sales people tell you about the speed and reliability of their service. It has been abysmal for well over a month and every technician I have spoken to swears that there isn't an issue..... 143 Kilobytes per second, in 2024. That is the type of service that they think they can sell you for $45 a month. Do not do it.

This review is for the Verizon store on Michaelson in Irvine,CA. My husband & I have had to make two recent visits to this store. Our first visit we worked with a young man named Matt, he was friendly & warm and knowledgeable helped us figure the best use of our phone lines. Our account has quite a few layers so we were confused ourseloves; Ryan (I believe he's a manager, stepped in to help us get everything straight. Both are amazing to deal with. (I'd rather go buy a car than go the phone store) We went in today and were lucky enough to get the both of them again! Matt helped us set up our new phones & iPad. I saw a promotion in store and Ryan explained all the Modem for internet, I'm happy to say we're on the 30 day trial for our WiF. Ryan explains the fine print, very good sales without being pushy at all. (My husband & I both have sales backgrounds) To wrap this up Matt & Ryan are an asset to your team & I now look forward to seeing them at the store!

Ozzy was very patient and quite knowledgeable. His assistance was greatly appreciated. It's a small store and gets busy. If you come to this location, just be patient or come back another time. His customer service was great, and it is worth the wait. He had no attitude whatsoever and was more than happy to explain things on my new phone and new watch. Although this location is not the closest one to my home, it was worth the drive. I really appreciated the time he spent with me. Thank you, Ozzy!!

Go in and ask for Carlos ! He is the best!! Speaks English and Spanish He made the whole process so easy and nice for me. Even at 30 I was lost on what phone and what to do, they take the time to find you the best deals! Definitely will be back

Sambra was not helpful at all. Rude and conflicted with Verizon Wireless Policy. Was trying to make me do all the work myself when I told her Verizon instructed me to go into a store. She just didn't want to deal with a simple request. Go to a different store.
