I’d just placed an order and realized the address was incorrect. I tried to change it since it had been one minute and wasn’t able to. I reached out to support and it took them 8 days to get back to me. After replying to their email it took another 8 days to respond. Poor user experience and customer service.

Not good on Customer Service. Ordered 2 pairs of shorts on a Saturday with the 1-2 day shipping option. Did not ship on Monday, called their Customer Service on Tuesday. Charlie the customer service guy said it takes 1-3 days to process order (meaning packing in a box). He said it hadn't processed yet. I shared that paid extra for 1-2 shipping cause obviously needed quicker (leaving for a trip on Thursday). He said there is nothing he can do. I asked if he could call to calling shipping to process the order and he said no. That's awful customer service.

Great products but abysmal customer service! If you need customer service be prepared for what appears to be poorly trained AI. Probably not AI which is sad as I'd expect more out of humans.

Volcom HW is great. A pretty large store with tons of gear and accessories. Their indoor skatepark is epic, too! It's small, but SO fun!

Excellent store, where the company's latest clothing collections are found. It is an exclusive store for employees, therefore you must reserve to go to the place, indicating who will enter, the day and the exact time of the visit. The service is excellent, the place impeccable and very good decoration.

This place is awesome there was an event for Omar Hassan there and it was a huge success. Huge indoor skatepark outdoor rails and park benches waxed up ready to go. Great music great food excellent skating all around. Thank you Volcom for keeping it real!

For skateboarders and bladders this is a great park. For quad skaters? No. You’re better off going somewhere else. Especially for the cost/exclusivity.
