“Edited: I was able to talk with the boutique representatives and come to a compromise regarding the amount of time taken to repair the watch, for which the parts are apparently very rare and hard-to-find. They provided a significant discount on the washer repair. Thank you.I've been waiting for 4 months to receive my Hublot Flyback from repairs without any updates. This was my first watch purchase made 10 years ago as I was finishing training and has special value to me, and I just want it back now. I'm only leaving a couple stars because the storefront is pretty cool, but I've had to go in twice to ask and are unfortunately unhelpful with providing more clarity on the status or if they can even get it back on notice.”

“Great, honest guys! I'm liquidating inventory acquired whilst in the biz decades ago. They're fair, unlike a dealer I spent a small fortune with during better times. I wish I'd come here first, as I figure my total loss to be at least a grand based on an identical gold wt. watch my 'friend' paid $200 less for! 'Friend' wouldn't show me the scale, on a prior larger transaction including a new chain he claimed to scrap, I later saw in his case! I informed him of this 'oversight', so he agreed to another $100, when $200 just on the watch. In this biz, integrity is paramount and I'll be retuning to John! Hopefully, to buy!”

“My partner and I love to collect special pieces from places we visit and it happen to be that we were at South Coast Plaza and we came across Swarovski, what brought us in was the attentive greeter welcoming us! She has a great smile and made us feel invited. It made a big impression because we had walked into other stores and did not get this type of welcoming. The greeter gave us a quick tour of her beautiful store and educated us in the history of Swarovski, which we didn’t know. She also introduced us to the crystal figurines which my partner felt in love with the Hummingbirds. Not only the we purchased the hummingbirds but we also became SCS members! It was a great experience learning about Swarovski. Alma not only spent her valuable time with us she also went beyond our expectations. We highly recommend this beautiful store, their staff and their collections!”

“I recently came here for the resizing of my bracelet without an appointment. The process was very fast and Cynthia Mendoza helped me professionally and efficiently. She was quick and super friendly and I am satisfied with the whole service. They cleaned my bracelet and had it mailed to me since I wouldn't be able to pick it up. It came packaged very nicely via fedex and a signature required. Cynthia emailed me the tracking and kept constant contact with me. Appreciate all her help!”

“I purchased a pen as a gift for my friend in the other department store, but after that I found out they can’t offer engrave service, then I had to contact with Montblanc online customer service see if there’s any option for me to get help with my engraving. They first offered me a third party company but the paper work was so complicated I can’t understand and no one picked up the phone when I tried to reach out, so I had no choice except walked into the boutique. Long for short, there was a guy named Hien(or Ian) who helped me for this, OMG he is definitely a god send, I explained what was happening with the online service then I had to walk into store (because I felt so bad that I didn’t purchase from him / boutique but he still needs to help me for the engraving) he was so nice and so helpful, explained everything and apologized for the bad online service(I mean he doesn’t need to) and took the pen back( tips: the fee is pretty much cheaper compared to the third party) About a week, it supposed to be my pick up day for the engraving but he called me ahead of that said the machine was broken and he was not able to finish the engraving on time, and week later as today, he followed up with me as 2nd time. To be very honestly, I know he wouldn’t even earn 1 penny commission from this service, but the way he treat customer as a professional, is so sweet and decent. Montblanc should be proud of him and the store is so lucky to have him. I strong recommend him if anyone needs any montblanc. And I definitely will back to him once I needed anything. Thank you again and see you soon. And, I understand online shopping is easier for life But next time I will still go to boutique instead of online, luxury is about the service and experience not just convenience.”

He asked what I had in mind and went with it and pulled all kinds of styles. Same thing for shoes. This location had a great selection. This is probably the most important piece of jewelry I will ever buy in my life and not only did he find the perfect, most stunning pieces, but made the whole experience feel very luxury and personal. I also had my engagement ring serviced and he allowed us to see the the diamonds under the scope and confirm all the gemscribe numbers. This gives the customer so much piece of mind being able to verify to the gemscribe #s before and after service so you know nothing happened to your diamonds. Would highly recommend and I will most definitely be coming back!”
