Most importantly if he feels he can't match what certain pieces may be worth due to their ornate, artistic appearance he will be honest and let you know he can only pay for the value of what it's made of; i.e., gold, silver...and not the artistic value. This is very helpful in deciding whether it's worth selling or not based on the sentimental value that is attached to the piece. Thank you Neil for always being up front and honest.
