Great trendy clothes. Clean, some empty dressingrooms with long lines. Did not like that I was required to pay a Dime for a clothing bag to carry my clothes around the mall. They know how to take the CL out of class. And in So Coast Plaza Really⁉️

The worst experience I ever had with any of my purchases. They just send me a package with my clothes without box . They wrapped clothes in a PLASTIC WRAP. All plastic came damaged of course. All clothes are dirty and in awful condition. I send all pictures to the customer service and they just don’t care . They said me that I will need to buy the box and send them the closing. So I will need to spend my time , my money … and they just apologized for inconvenience. That’s ridiculous. Worst customer service everAnd more than that , I was buying Zara’s kids clothing for 6 years now , and probably they changed a place where they do their clothing . Very poor quality

I dont know why they even cashiers since the cashiers can barely do anything by themselves. They always need the manager to correct even the smallest thing, but the issue is the managers are apparently never in the store. Recently waited for over 20 mins for the manager to come enter their pin #, and when the manager finally arrived, she didn't even bother apologizing for making everyone stand there and wait. The cashier didnt even offer an explanation as to why there was a hold up to the rest of the line. They need to have a manager physically in the store since its kind of their job to be in the store

My first time shopping here. I came in specifically for a Disney backpack. Found what I was looking for. Passed so many employees and not one of them greeted us or asked if we needed help. I checked out in the kids section where I ended up buying some shirts and the backpack. I had to greet the cashier and asked how she was doing. Not even a “I’m doing well, thanks. AND YOU?” So freaking rude. When I paid, I again was the one who said thank you and have a good day. She didn’t even say thanks or anything. I don’t understand why people work in customer service and have none. There’s not even a name for the cashier on the receipt but she was a skinny long haired blond girl. Such a shame. I wouldn’t shop at this location again.

I came shopping one day and left my watch behind accidentally. I couldn’t reach anyone over the phone so I returned to the store and asked a cashier about it. She said she would ask a manager, but never moved and just continued checking customers out while I stood there. After she rang up 3-4 more customers, I went to an employee on the floor and she called the manager to assist. When he arrived they both left me where I was standing and spoke privately. Then he left without coming to me, and she later said he went to check if it had been turned in. When he came back, they spoke privately again and she asked me to leave my contact information with a description because they did not find it. I gave the info but I was tracking the watch and knew it was there. I asked to check in the fitting rooms myself, and then they told me they found it. The associate told me that it was turned in to another manager and the first manager was unaware (not uncommon). I was never suspicious of any malice from them, but I hated the way they made me feel. There was no care, they ignored me for the most part, and barely tried until I insisted. They were not communicating with me and if it had been something of theirs that they valued, I’m sure they’d want it handled differently. I should not have been left standing there alone TWICE with no communication. Good customer service and kindness goes a very long way. I gave the second star for the employee who graciously assisted me the day prior at the self checkout. I never got his name but he had dark wavy/curly-ish hair and a beard, he had great customer service and I appreciated his assistance.

It is a stylish and trendy clothing store with a wide selection of fashionable pieces. The store is well-organized, and the staff is friendly. However, it can get crowded during peak times. Overall, it’s a great place to find fashionable outfits at affordable prices.

As everyone has been saying, the store is a complete mess. There are giant piles of clothing just laying around everywhere and it’s incredibly difficult to find anything. I came in to just do a simple exchange thinking I’d be in and out in about five minutes. Boy was I wrong. Took an hour just waiting in line because there was only one person at register. Even so, the employees move extremely slowly. And all that just for them to say they are not allowed to price match. Ridiculous. However, it’s not their fault. This is 100% management. Hire more workers, teach employees to prioritize speed, fix the store’s appearance, and, crazy idea, have some customer service?? It’s not just appalling, but don’t they understand marketing?? No one what’s to buy stuff when everything is a mess. Hopefully everyone floods them with one star reviews and they fix this. I know I’m never buying anything from Zara again, online or in store.

Worse place to shop. We are waiting on the line for 2 hours to exchange and item. While there is few worker circulating around. Don’t go there they have no respect for people time. I will never buy anything from Zara. Worse experience ever.

This store is a literal train-wreck. I was visiting from out of state, I’ve never seen a Zara that looked this bad. Every fixture was a mound of product, and mounds on the floor with trash and debris. It was so overwhelming and unshoppable. Yikes.

I and writing to complain 2 Asian male cashiers on Sunday afternoon 7/2/2023 at kids section. This location is always very busy during weekend, especially on sale day . The line is super long, and the registers are slow. After I checked out and left the register, I checked my receipt. I found there is a mistake. Just about 1 mins, I went back and tried to ask for the reason. ( The customer on the line right next to me was still checking out at the register next to me.)They said that “oh~this is not marked down. Someone put it at the wrong rack. I can totally understand this. I asked them, then can just return it? That two men said , you need to in the line again!” I cannot believe it! I just left even not 3 minutes ago, and next customer is still not there yet. This is their customer service! Seriously terrible! I’ll never go back again!

When you go to this store, be careful, because you might get tripped by clothing laying on the floor. 50+ people at one store are just dropping items without even picking them up, looks like a fashionable mess?I was looking for a pair of jeans online, and it said that they were “in stock at South Coast Plaza”. However, when I came in there, they said its actually not in stock, its just “getting shipped to our store”. Only one dressing room for kids.If you dont want to wait for the dressing room in Women’s section like 20 other people do, go to the Men’s one.

Terrible customer service!!! They don’t price anything correctly. The people running the store does not know how to run a high volume store. The employees at the cash register hate there jobs and rub off their bad energy to everyone else. They don’t even smile in there. I will not spend money at a store where a company can not train their employees on CUSTOMER SERVICE. Like Zarah don’t you know customers bring in the money not your employees. Do better and higher better.

This is the worst customer services that I had experienced at this Zara in South Coast. I came this Sunday to return the dress that I paid by cash, I have the reciept and tag still attached. I shoped in the store but could not find anything to exchange so I decided to get to the line to return it. After waiting more than haft hour on the line, the lady said she could not return it because it is over 30days, I totally understand so I said I can take store credit and will shop again because i could not find anything to exchange .However she said she only allowed to exchange because Zara will not have a physical store credit to give it to me. She told me to bring back it next time to exchange and hold on the reciept because it is Zara policy. I have never known that kind of policy in my life that you cannot offer the customer a physical store credit and make them bring home and come back next time to exchange. What if I cannot find anything that I like so I have to carry it everytime I go to Zara for exchange. I spent lot of money for that store and I only return $22.99 dress but the lady gave the customer a very difficult time after a long wait. I'm very disappointed and I just want to warn anyone who plan to buy there to know this is the way they treat their customers. I will not come back that store and I will let everybody that I know about this policy. So ridiculous!!!

I bought 12 bottles of perfume paid almost $200 ! I ask the cashier double bags because bit heavyweight, he said 10 cents per bags ! He said the law in CA ! What the heck ZARA in Costa Mesa mall so charge for shopping bags ! Never go there again !
