I've been going to this store for 2 decades. Always convenient, always friendly. The negative reviews for this place are outdated or lack context. If you live in Cotati, you already know the selection/service here far surpasses any other local convenience store. The owner is an awesome guy as well as the evening associate Angusmon. You will frequently see the owners son working as well, helping out the family business. This store is solid and an awesome addition to the city of Cotati.

Love our little corner market. Used to be known as Franks Market but it was renamed Cotati Market under the new ownership. The guys that work nights are down to earth and friendly.

I love Cotati Market! I shop there 2-3 x weekly and have been going for many years. Yes, the deli does get my order wrong a lot but overall I don't really want to to hurt or be mean to employees as they are working hard to overcome their challenges. Very nice people. I love the organic produce and enjoy the entire store including the butcher dept. Again, nice people!!

The owner and his associates need to really work on there customer skills. I remember going there for the very first time. The cashier / store associate was pleasant and would talk w/ you. Now you go in there you don’t even get a hello.BTW: don’t go in there with your service dog. They’re rude and not pleasant.It’s a shame that store in your own neighborhood doesn’t make you feel proud to say you’ve got a nice neighborhood market. By reason negative reviews like this. The owner sure shows he don’t care about his neighborhood relations as well as taking pride in his store.

Convenient and easy going. Mostly like a mini supermarket. There’s opportunities for improvement but generally it is a good and affordable alternative to a gas station store or other convenience store. The hours are good too.
