“Had the green screen problems that most Google Pixel owners encounter for the Pixel 10 Pro.

The options Google gave were either to ship it in and wait a week or 2 weeks or take into the uBreakiFix store for a 2 hour repair… which we chose.

Walked in and was greeted by Jonathan. Super friendly and very personable. I didn’t know the store has a lot of customers. He was helping a few before he got to me and each time he was patient and friendly. Seemed like he was the only one working and also another technician in the back repairing. Jonathan will try to see everyone based on the order you walked in and always greeted everyone kindly.

Jonathan said the repair would take about 1.5 to 2 hours. Waited at Starbucks nearby. Came about 2 hours and 15 minutes later. I also saw that he emailed me 1h 45m after dropping it off that it was ready within the stated repair window.

I picked it up and it was almost as good as new with a new screen that doesn’t flicker. No payment or service fee for my repair as it was still under Google’s warranty.

Overall great job in terms of repair and communication. Jonathan was a great associate and if I have any issues with Android or iPhones, I would not hesitate to come here again and work with Jonathan and the team. Thank you for the quick repair.”

G.E. quoted me 310.00 for the part, or i could have a tech come to my house and try to repair it. 135.00 just to show up and parts and labor...ugggh... I took the door off and brought it to the petaluma location. They were able to fix it for much less and my microwave is working again. These guys are miracle workers. Fantastic job! I can't thank them enough!”

Review applies to phone repair, screen repair, screen protector, etc. First time visiting this location unbeknownst to me they repair/replace/install cellular phone screen protectors. It could not have taken more than a 10 minutes window from the moment I arrived and parked my vehicle to the moment I walked out from merchant’s store with a newly replaced iPhone XS screen protector. Yes that simple. In case you are wondering, given the age of the phone the local apple store does not carry the xs screen protector anymore, neither does the local best buy.”

These include high-end stereo equipment, televisions, and other electronics. The owner, Rashid, is highly-skilled, professional, fair, and seeks to understand my needs. I have also bought used equipment from him when repairs were not possible or excessively expensive. I I like the ReUse aspect of having this option. I recently spilled a cider into the top of my vintage NAD amplifier. He is going to fix it for me. I highly recommend this business. There are not many options to repair damaged or broken audio visual type equipment nearby. It is good to know that I have a skilled and trusted business to help me when things go wrong.”

“It's very hard in this day and age to find businesses, be them local or big box, who are honest with their interactions and pricing. Lockwood is that one in a million mix of the two, that's so refreshing to find, but so unfortunately rare. My uncle had an old NTFS HDD we stripped out of a broken down laptop he used to own, and we brought it around town with a new external hard drive, trying to get quotes for how much data transfer would cost. The first place we checked in Rohnert Park said "yes, we offer this service", then quoted us a diagnostic fee of $75 before sending it out to a third party service that actually does this job (So they're a middleman, not actually a computer repair store, odd choice of wording to say they perform this job). The second place quoted us an insanely high price that we wouldn't even entertain for the kind of job that this was... This place charged us 1/4 the price of one of their competitors across town, they were super informative, they even helped recommend a good external hard drive for us to get as some brands are more prone to failure than others. When we arrived there the associate was incredibly friendly, the price was great, the service was done quickly, the service was done WELL, and I can't think of a better retail interaction I've had the past few years. I only wish I could find a place in every facet of business that operates with the same transparency, professionalism, and wonderful customer service that this place operates with. Can't recommend them enough!”

“I've been to the Geek Squad at Best Buy about 7 times in the last 6 weeks. After my first visit, I signed up for an annual subscription and I'm glad I did! My phone had so many things wrong with it, apps I couldn't delete, viruses I'd accidentally downloaded, updates that weren't working, etc. I mostly worked with Jason, who is amazing! And the one time he got stuck, he met with his co-workers and they worked out the issue. There was another guy whose name I don't know who was also awesome sauce! It's easy to get in for an appointment, their work is excellent and fast, and I'm much much much much much happier with my phone now. I highly recommend The Geek Squad!”
