We bought a washer and dryer from Lowe's. We bought the warranty, and now our washer broke, and it's been crazy, I keep getting the run around. It's been 27 days, and Lowe's is saying call Bay Appliance. They are the company who will be fixing the machine when the part comes in. I have been calling both places, and they keep saying to call the other one...I have asked for a lowner machine several times. I've also written on the web cite. Does anyone know what I can do, Lowe's has even said we're sending you a $50.00 gift card for cooperation, I told Lowe's I don't want there $50.00 I need me machine fixed or a different one. How long do I have to WAIT. I spoke to Bay Appliance and asked for a tracking date of when the part was ordered and when it should arrive they said Lowe's ordered it. Bay Appliance also said that when the part arrives, we will set up the appointment. So it can come in one day week who know when it could be on back order. Hope you all understand my FUSTRATION

Purchased allen + roth bathroom vanities from Lowes a couple of years ago. One hinge broke. At my local store I could not find a replacement in the Hinge aisle and was sent to the store cabinet section. The cabinets on display had the exact hinges I was looking for. Lowes employee did not know why they did not carry replacements and referred me to allen + roth. Allen + roth website did not show hinges or any cabinet parts but it did have a link to "Customer Service". I emailed them regarding my need and received a response within a couple of hours. Customer Care - Allen and Roth Cabinetry Wed, Jan 24, 6:18AM (1 day ago) to me, Customer " Hello, Thank you for reaching out to allen + roth kitchen cabinetry. Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with this product, as it is not one that we manufacture. We are American Woodmark and we manufacture only the kitchen cabinetry for allen + roth. Since allen + roth is a Lowes exclusive brand, they have many product lines with that brand name manufactured by different vendors. You may wish to reach out to 866-439-9800,
[email protected] or your local Lowe's store." Once again Lowes failed to help me but in the end Amazon did by shipping the needed part overnight for $12.99. Ignore the Store buy online from a different company.

My husband and I went into the Cotati Lowe's yesterday 1/8 and purchased an outdoor firepit that was not cheap. We went to customer service to purchase and set up next day delivery. We received a phone call that same evening 1/8 stating that our delivery time would be 1/9/24 between the hours of 11a-3p. Today 1/9 after changing our schedules and waiting all day our firepit still had not been delivered by 3:20pm, so I made a call to Lowe's. My call was answered by a woman who told me that the delivery was changed to 1/13/24. She also said they called and let us know of the change, which they absolutely did not! We waited at the house all day, and had we actually been told we would have made other arrangements. This woman then proceeded to put me on hold "while she was checking on something" for us. 25 minutes later I was still on terminal hold. While I remained on hold, I used my husband's phone to call them again and the same woman answered and played it off like she transferred me. I was pissed and then asked to speak with the manager. The manager, Sean got on the phone and I explained what was going on and that it was unacceptable not only to have us change our plans and wait all day without any communication that the delivery was rescheduled by them and how I was put on terminal hold in an attempt for me just to hang up and let it go. As he was looking into our account and purchase he began to tell me that they were waiting for assembly, which we never wanted as we wanted the delivery next day and to assemble ourselves. He then said they could not deliver tomorrow 1/10/24 because it was now past 3pm which is the cut off for next day delivery. The point is, we have very busy schedules and made arrangements. We could have picked it up ourselves with some help today had we known. Now with our busy schedules it has to wait. No one was even nice about it!! All the more reason to not shop with them.

Lowes undependable. My son got me a50. Gift card for lowes. He bought it at target. When i went to use it the said it was no good. I have a receipt that says it was activated.. neither lowes or target will make good on the card. They both keep pSsing .e o. To different people who cant help. J

We were returning one Bathroom exhaust fan which was not opened since we had not purchased the right one. Our complaint is that Lowe's still is selling the product we were returning but they have a 90 day policy, so would not take it back. We purchased 3 others which were better quality from Lowe's which were installed by an electrician. We will not purchase from Lowe's again. In my opinion, if they want good business 'Customer service ' should be primary. In addition they should place a sign at their counters so customers are aware of their 90 day return policy. In addition why hold stock in this company.

We're very upset with our GE washer and dryer we bought less than a year ago. We've had 7 service calls, and there are still problems. We want to get them replaced with another brand. No one will help us at Lowes or GE. Do not buy GE. After spending $2,000 on crappy products, the only will offer service calls, which seems pointless.

No More for Lowes - I have purchased two refrigerators since 2016 from Lowes. Along with my purchase I have always paid for the warranty protections for 3-4 years. The first refrigerator was a French Door Whirlpool and the ice cube maker arm continually froze up and therefore would not dispense ice. Under their warranty provisions it was determined that it was covered under the "lemon law" and I was given reimbursement and purchased a French Door GE Cafe in 2019. This GE Cafe stopped cooling on Thursday, August 31st, 2023, and I notified Lowes and they scheduled At Bay Appliance Repair for service. After a couple of visits, where I had to leave either the morning or afternoon clear, they determined that two parts were needed. On the 3rd trip out, another half day lost, they came with one of the parts but the second one was the wrong part so still not working. On the 4th trip, another half day lost, they replaced the evaporator, and after a week it started heating up again. I called and they came out two more times and decided that there was a leak and not repairable. This was on October 20, 2023. They told me they would file the paperwork on it my warranty would be utilized for a replacement. On October 21st, I went to Lowes and purchased another refrigerator--this time an French Door LG. It was scheduled for delivery on Monday, 10/30. It showed up and had three dents on the freezer. So I returned it and would not accept it. Today, October 31, I received notification from Lowes Warranty that they are now sending out Sears to repair my GE Cafe that has not been working for 2 months to determine if they will cover it under my 4-year warranty. They insist that they must send another repair company to determine for the 2nd time whether or not the GE Cafe is repairable--only after two months and my purchase of another refrigerator. I have made over thirty calls to all involved and LOWES HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.I am cancelling the purchase of my LG French Door Refrigerator from Lowes and looking to purchase it elsewhere. Sales have been going on at all major appliance stores for October and they end today and now I have missed out on the reduced prices. I don't have a working refrigerator after 2 months and no resolution in sight.

I ordered a platform ladder. I refused the ladder they attempted to deliver because it wasn't the ladder I ordered. So I called to get a refund when they informed me they didn't have what I ordered. They said I will have to wait 90 days. Ummm NO! So I called my credit card to to get my money back. And Lowes lied and changed the documents of what I ordered so now I am out the delivery fee. Over $100. Even though I showed my original receipt of what I ordered. Please beware they just want money and don't care about there customers. I will never do visit with them again.

Ordered a refrigerator with the associate in-store going in back to make sure it was one they had at the store and could deliver next day 1.5 miles to my house. My 8-12 delivery window passes only to call the store and be told the order is coming from a Hayward Lowe's warehouse and they can't do anything about getting me an updated time frame. Their answer was sometimes deliveries are late and they have no answer why it went to Hayward when they have 3 in stock. No help, and when I called back to ask for the manager (Chris?) a second time I was told "no" by the operator because there is nothing they can do and then she hung up. Horrible customer service.

The worst service EVER. ISst we called to try to get someone on the phone to make sure they had this item in before we drove a half an hour. While driving no one picked up the entire way- AND after 20 min the called dropped me. Then we get there item is not in. I told a girl that did they know their phone lines aren't working and she says yeah we get lots of complaints. And then she turned to walk away for me.We got there and the phone lines were very low, ringing and blinking but still they didn't pick up. Not worth your time. In my opinion and I'm taking my business elsewhere for sure.

I purchased a dishwasher with a Lowes Protection Plan. It stopped working after three years. I called to get a repairman to fix it. Took 3 1/2 months of shenanigans about getting a repairman out, having them show up when they were supposed to be there, and lastly, just trying to get a real person at the homes protection plan phone number. The worst service ever. Finally after three months they decided I needed a new dishwasher, took another two weeks to get the check so I could buy a new one. Just the worst. I will never buy ANYTHING here again. Then they wouldn't reimburse me for a full year of the protection plan that didn't get used. Just terrible business.

I ordered a washer and dryer to be delivered and it was a complete fail. I put clear instructions in the delivery notes and they were ignored. The driver called me and started yelling at me in Spanish and refused to deliver the washer and dryer. Why is it that Home Depot and large propane trucks manage to deliver to my house but Lowe's can't deliver a washer and dryer? Why do they ask for delivery notes and then ignore them? Very poor experience.

OMGIs there a Negative 5 star rating? Delivery is a clown car. The store is a disgrace, the customer service is disgrace, the delivery service is a disgrace, you get the point.
