Went to self checkout with a bunch of PVC sprinkler items. The attendant offered help, not that it really did help, but the interaction was the reward. Youthful, friendly, and respectful. And another employee was oogling over my pup and even offered a treat. Thanks for asking first also.
I try to stay away from big name stores, but this experience was pleasant. His job Lowe's!!!

Bought craftsman pressure washer on the 22. Used it on the 24,total garbage. Called store within the two day window to exchange or refund. Policy states return only needs to be initiated during that time period. I offered to bring back immediately, and bring the wand the next morning as I forgot on job. They used that to refuse refund. Two day window is a joke. Never told me at checkout. Wasted 400 bucks

Worst store ever! I went and got 5 gallons of boho black they gave me pink.... and now have had me on hold passing me around... with some old lady being VERY rude on the phone... I wouldn't go here to save my life...

Have had bad experiences at the Cotati site. A Weber gas grill was delivered and the starter did not work. They took it back and rescheduled another delivery if a new unit. After rescheduling the delivery twice, the finally delivered another grill with the exact same problem. The starter did not work. We asked for a refund and bought another grill from Wedgmans. We also had issues with a dishwasher that we bought from Lowe’s and it took two months to get the thing fixed, and it broke again. Customer service is just a bunch of untrained people plugging information into a computer and forgetting about you. Such a shame to see what we thought was a good company treat customers so poorly.

I enjoy shopping here over HD, it's a bit further away, but not as busy, and the staff seem to be easier to find, and super helpful. I have a handicap, and the folks here really get the whole customer service thing.

This is a difficult review not to give Lowe's five stars. Lowe's is generally my go to place for tools, high-volume items, and any other time I need to get in and get out quick and I don't really need help.
I tend to get annoyed at Lowe's, because they often have great sales, but everything is locked up, and there is never anybody close by to help you. You are lucky to get someone, you have a 50-50 chance of getting the wrong item, going up to pay, and then discovering you have the wrong item, as the line behind you grows larger and larger.
Listen, I understand shoplifting is a thing. I understand tools are expensive, and it's generally in the best interests of the store to lock things up. If everybody just locked everything up, there wouldn't be any thievery in the world.
That being said, I think it would be in the stores best interest to have employees close to the locked up items. It tends to be offputting to wait 10-15 minutes for an associate to even notice you, let alone to help you. All that does is push me to go over to Amazon.
This isn't a single Lowe's out by any means. Home Depot is just as bad. But it's difficult to continue shopping at a store when it's exceedingly difficult to buy the items that you want or that are advertised.

Had a pick up that took 10 minutes for someone to show up at pick up counter. Once they found someone, it went quickly. Thank You to the employee who decided to help out - even though "it wasn't his area"! He was very polite and apologized for the delay. Others were waiting that came after me and he helped them too. Good Customer Service.

No one available for help, and the ones that are waiting around don’t know where stuff is. They send you to wrong areas!!!!. I’ll stick with Home Depot!!!!
