“This is the best butcher around hands down. You can often get dry aged cuts for significantly less then grocery stores sell lower quality cuts for and the butchers go out of their way to help. This is a great local business to support.”

I bought a variety of lamb chops, sausages, marinated Korean short ribs and smoked pork chops. Everything I tried was delicious! I’m going back to sample more of their offerings. I have my eye on their bulgogi and their carne al pastor.”

“I have been a custom meat box customer with Victorian Farmstead for almost a year now and it is one of the best decisions my family ever made. I am a chicken girlie and their tenders are the best, as well as their ground chicken. Their lamb kofta is one of my all time favorites. And their pork cutlets are always perfectly sliced. On top of high quality meat, the owner, Adam, is a very special person. He truly cares about the wellbeing of your family and your health and it shows in everything he does with Victorian Farmstead. To be able to contact the person you get your meat from, via text/phone, and have him know you by name is such a special experience. We pick up our box bi-weekly at the counter located in Community Market and those guys also know me by name. I deal most with Cosima (I'm so sorry if I spelled that incorrectly) and he is a top notch customer facing employee. Being a Victorian Farmstead customer has changed the way we eat and the way we approach our food budget. I would rate them 100 stars if I could.”
“Purchased a 50lb whole pig from Angelo's and it was INCREDIBLE! I added the extra injection brine for only $25 and they even lent me a cooler to transport the pig. I called about 2 weeks ahead of time and they were incredibly responsive, when I arrived to pick up the pig they helped me to my car and explained everything to me. The store is cozy and has a real old school ambiance. I recommend Angelo's whole heartedly and am already looking for an excuse to host another pig roast.”

“This place is new for me, I like it but if they don't want to store a lot of meat in their refrigerator, I think they should only put it in for the day so that the meat doesn't change color and well, as we already know, that happens when it lasts more than a day. or two, as for what follows, everything is fine”
“I took a group from Culinary Institute of America to this location. This organization has a worldwide reputation for producing some of California's and the World's best agricultural products. One of the chefs there made a wonderful thin crust pizza. You have to drive through a barn to get to parking, so don't freak out.”
