Used to love Olivers, due to them having a decent selection of high quality/healthy food. I probably won't be shopping here anymore though since they now refuse to sell Raw Farms milk. They claim it's because of multiple recalls, when the fact is that there was ONE voluntary recall put out. Imagine if they did the same with all the other types of foods that they sell. They wouldn't have half the stock that they do.

Like the Oliver's on Montecito, this market has a great selection of everyday and gourmet items throughout, plus very good produce. Deli items are well made, a cut above standard supermarkets but not as upscale (or expensive) as exclusive boutique markets. This is a larger store than Montecito, however very popular so it can get crowded during peak times.

Always a great shopping experience at the Cotati store. Friendly local people and a wide selection of local artisan products. The taste ot Sonoma is c right here.

The store is beautiful and nice but DO NOT get the teriyaki chicken rice bowl. Pure nastiness. It was obvious that the chicken was not originally cooked as teriyaki chicken. Usually whole or cut whole chicken breadt . No this was semi-shredded. Chicken. I couldnt even eat it. I just ate the rice. We got two bowls to split for dinner and lunch and left the other bowl on top of a garbage can in down downtown Guerneville. We should have taken it back. And it wasnt cheap. At least when i go to whole foods the food is not going to be a rotisserie chicken with teriyaki sauce thrown on it.
I hope the shepherds pie is decent..

The store is good overall and the workers are very nice and helpful. Supervisor Mel in the bakery could be more professional and less gossipy.

Employee owned. They carry a broad selection of environmentally friendly products at reasonable prices.They're produce is especially good. Both regular and organic are of good quality. The prices are reasonable considering the quality.

They took good care of us putting together an easy meal with extended family. We opted for a sushi platter. It was fresh with generous cuts of fish (the rice was a little large, but a good way to fill the guests ?). For the meat eaters, we also got the cooked flank that we sliced, slightly heated in a pan with local Japanese BBQ sauce. Rounded out with salads, every one had plenty.
