I was there this morning and about 4 or 5 minors were there and the guy refused to sell them, they were so rude and disrespectful! I really respect this business they have the best customer service ever. and I think the below comments related to them ! the way they wrote there reviews proves that they are minors.

Waited all morning for the smoke shop to open and the guy was late and rude, wont recommended or come here. There were even other customers waiting outside and the owner has the nerve to be rude and call me a child when im about to be 22 years old. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE

Nice dudes in the store, very friendly, came in to buy a 510 thread battery and the guy only showed me two different small batteries even though there were a ton. The batteries don't come with chargers which for 20$ is really annoying. I bought one that came with a charger and got sold a dud. The battery doesn't work.

I am a consumer, a fellow business owner, and a harm-reduction blogger (with an online handle I'm sure some of you here would recognize), so I often feel that it's not my place to endorse or disavow local business who carry the products I seek to spread awareness of. However, with no other agenda than simple public service: These guys are the real deal. The management here cares about their business. They effort to maintain a high quality of consumer education and information with regards to their products, and show their appreciation for customer loyalty with above and beyond service. Also, it should be said that, as a female, I have never once even gotten even anything like a slightly creeper vibe from any of the all male staff (which one should assume would be a given, but in my experience, head shops are not always the hight of professional conduct when it comes to flirting with customers, let alone creating an environment woke enough to the subtleties of micro-aggressions to make every person of every gender who walks in feel safe. I feel safe... but what's more, I feel comfortable here.) The only thing that could improve this place is if they were open a bit later... but, it is Cotati, after all. Lol. Enjoy your purchases at Puff Puff Pass!
