I have had a storage unit at Redwood Self Storage for almost a decade. It is a clean, easily accessible place and close to freeway access. I have never had any issues at the unit and the staff has always been friendly and helpful. Mike has been the best. Always a friendly smile and lets you use the bathroom if needed. Sometimes he'll even open the gate for you as you leave. Thank you, Mike!

I have to say that the manager of this facility is amazing! My good friend has gone into a nursing home and I’m helping take care of all her affairs and he has been so kind, understanding and patient. He even went to visit her in the home and made her feel so special! This is 5 star customer service!

Haven’t had many storage units. This is my second after moving from San Francisco. Have to say that the property manager Mike sealed the deal for me! This guy is an absolute G.O.A.T! Great personal/professional approach and balance. Knowledge with onsite expectations and holding firm but people friendly boundaries. He set me up with an amazing set up at a reasonable rate. I look forward to our continued rapport.

I only rented for a short time from them, how ever they were very personable and kind. When getting my unit they offered bottled water, and even when closing out my unit they were great to work with, will definitely think of the renting from them again in the future if I need a unit.

I chose Redwood Self Storage and I'm glad that I did the experience has been smooth and the facility is nice and clean and well run. In particular, Mike the manager, has been extremely helpful and professional and made every effort to make sure that my experience was top-notch. I would recommend Redwood Self Storage to any of my friends or family.

I struggled with the online process so I walked in and was welcomed by Jon who was more than happy and willing to assist me! He went completely above and beyond to inform me of the different sizes and pricing and made sure I got the best price possible. Super friendly and made me feel completely comfortable during the whole process! Customer Service at its finest!

Michael who is the manager is great. He was always so kind and helpful and I think he needs a raise. The facility is always clean and I never had any issues with access, or fear that my stuff was in any jeopardy.

Mike and his team are very professional and helpful. I needed to down size a storage unit and they were able to accommodate me with one right across the row. They even let me use their dolly and hand-truck. I have rented here many times over the years and will never go anywhere else. Great storage facility and safe too!

I have had a 100% positive experience renting from Storage Pro Cotati, formerly Redwood Storage. Every staff member has been courteous, friendly and helpful with optimizing my rates. I especially appreciate the individualized attention and assistance I have received from those who have held supervisory and management positions. Most notably, Micheal Fernand has been superlatively responsive to all my questions as well as exceptional in addressing any concerns. His excellent communication skills make every encounter with him enjoyable. It is staff members like him that have made me a long-time tenant. It is my hope that the company ceases steep increases in rent every six months, for, if not ,I will seek a competitor's services. Overall I highly recommend Storage Pro Cotati and trust they will be supportive and respectful of their loyal tenants.

Fairly quickly after reserving (not even paying yet) a unit, I received a call was able to set a date to come in and get shown around and finalize the renting of the unit. They were extremely helpful and friendly. Multiple times on site I observed them driving around the property to ensure everything was in order. The costumer service definitely made this experience much better. I was very impressed with Redwood Self Storage
