Online it says that they are open 24 seven but that is a lie. I went there at 3:15 and the doors were locked. The lady told me that they have to do the books from 3 AM so they lock the doors and won’t be done till 4 AM. If that is the case then the online advertisement should be read as NOT OPEN 24/7 It should say from 4 AM to 3 AM that is false advertising and a waste of my time in the cold. Do not go to this place at that time because they are lying to you. Just got 7/11 they are actually open 24/7

Absolutely garbage service. Went there with my winning lottery tickets and they wouldn't give me cash.. don't go there with lottery tickets. They are unable to cash them and give me the runaround.

This gas station by far always has the cleanest restrooms every time I go there. The employees are always friendly and smiling! The customer service at Rocket is the best customer service experience I have had at any business in many many years! Thank you to all the employees at Rocket for always being friendly and smiling and making my day everytime I come there

8510 Gravenstein Hwy Cotati, CA 94931 (Cotati 76 Station) "Rocket" is the name of the food mart of the Cotati 76 gas station near Hwy 101. When I'm cruising the Gravenstein highway or the backroads, I like to stop here for gas and grab snacks for the drive home. On a Thursday night, I stopped for gas, snacks and to use the restroom. I ask the clerk, and he doesn't even say hello or look up. He just points and says it's around the corner. The restroom was a bit messy. It's all gender, so it's probably considered dirty and messy. This C-store has all the basic items you would expect to find in a gas station food mart. This Rocket store also has a Burger King. It also has lots of pre-packaged sandwiches and snacks. I didn't ask to use the air or water, so I don't how much they charge for that.

I can't believe they charge $2 to use the air or water. I think that is criminal. It used to be free. I can't believe it cost them that much. What if someone is desperate and doesn't have any money. I doubt that I will ever go there again.

If you’re wondering it is not 24hrs it is a whenever they feel like opening and closing type of store especially if the dude with black hair is working at night
