“What a fantastic smoke shop! Great employees who were knowledgeable and friendly. Great hours, a very extensive selection and the topper for me was that they had a specific item I had been looking for that i could not find anywhere else after trying numerous other shops. Just an all-around awesome experience! I will say that yes, the prices are a tad high but in all honesty, its pretty much like that at all the smoke shops I've been to recently.. “This is a great place. It's conveniently right around the corner from me. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. It's a small store but has a wide assortment of products, some that I haven't seen anywhere else. The hours are great. They are even open on holidays. They have two locations. It's the only shop I go to now that I have found it. Anyone looking for a good shopping experience should try this place out. Oh, and did I mention promos?... They always have promos going on...a great way to save a few bucks! Check 'em out!”

(Edit of initial one star review)So, time along with the younger generation have taken the rains of progress and turned this place into something more resembling a head shop as it should be. Still pretty overpriced: 20 bucks for everything to start. Going to round this up to about a four on paper, but it's good for a three and a half. Only because inventory has expanded and staff has become more attuned to the clientele in the form of young hip and out of control. So there you go. Don't say I'm so terrible that I can't revise when necessary. Good luck to you, gentlemen. I'm sure you'll do fine, but there's room for improvement.”

“My experience at Discount Cigarettes has been nothing but positive. Khalee (the owner) and Ami (the employee) are super friendly and helpful. I have had pleasant conversations with both of them.Not only that, but these prices are unbeatable. If you are frugal, this is the place for you. The well-known smokeshops in Santa Rosa tend to charge higher prices to milk their brand recognition and popularity. But not this place! In this economy, people need a place like this.The prices are especially good for e-liquid!Not to mention, they have an amazing glassware selection too.---And they are now the second store ever to carry Herba Rosa kratom! This local Sonoma County kratom brand is of the highest quality and lab tested in the USA, yet it somehow sells at a lower price than the competition. How? I'll tell you.First off, it's a local brand. Local shops who support local brands also benefit from reduced delivery costs and can pass those savings on to the consumer.Additionally, because Herba Rosa kratom is not sold in capsules, the reduced labor required to package it results in a reduced price. I would compare it to buying tobacco to roll your own cigarette vs buying cigarettes in a pack. Buying uncapsuled kratom is significantly cheaper.---Check this place out! Great parking too.
