The main issue with this store is that it's understaffed. Online orders more often than not end up getting cancelled, likely because the staff doesn't fill them in time, and they run out of stock. A couple of cashiers are extremely grumpy and inept; there are also others who make up for it by being dilligent. It's the luck of the draw whom you get to help with your order.

I’m epileptic, and they have screwed up on my dosage for Ativan twice now. And I’ve noticed only because I’ve started to check the pill code. Who knows how many other times they’ve messed it up. When I go to get my klonopin, they only have the .5mg dosage ready and literally forget about the .25mg when my medication list clearly states what I need. I’ve had panic attacks that wouldn’t stop due to how they gave me half the dosage my neurologist wrote of Ativan. They give me .5mg instead of 1mg of Ativan. I shouldn’t have to count my meds and check the code to double check the dosage they give me. From being on anti epileptic meds for 23 years, this pharmacy is THE WORST!

Waited for employee for package drop off. When they finally showed up at exactly 9 o'clock, they said that cutoff was 9 and they would not accept my package.

Lucky you getting a star! There is some lumber Jack looking jag off cashier who has some headphones he wears this is the 3rd time I've dealt with this dill hole. Anyway I watched him act like he was superior to these 2 ladies they were trying to get his attention, but instead he continued to sit on his stool as opposed to helping them. I watched as the ladies got help from another worker, it seemed they needed help reaching an item they were trying to purchase. When they came to this guy probably around 40 - 45 big oversized beard with his headphones he blatantly ignored these women as they were trying to converse in regard to his avoidance of interaction. At first I thought this guy was just a joke and rude, but now I see for fact he's just some underpaid cashier who hates to help and talk. My problem was when I came in the 1st time- he dodged me so he wouldn't have to help me on what isle the dish soap was at. 2nd) encounter he saw me turned around the store was practically empty but for some reason he didn't want to check me out. The lady at the camera development area helped me check out. Literally the place was empty this stout axeman could've helped but no too busy doing nothing. 3rd) last encounter to ever occur for this store... It was him and the 2 ladies I'm through with this store until you put this guy in the back hidden away to stock shelves and actually learn the value of a dollar earned out I just plain right out will never return until this joke gone. If you hired this guy for sitting around you hired the right cashier stool sitter, but if you hired a cashier to work and not listen to music and ignore people then you may wanna give this guy an ultimatum. I see a post about a guy given 6 months ago and I'm betting it's the same woodsman that I'm referring to. Good luck?

Just want to comment that I was here two weeks ago. Customer service not the best.Today I went in and I must of caught them on a good day. Place needs a bit TLC around the pharmacy waiting area. The shelves in the whole store could use a bit attention.

This is a wonderful pharmacy in our small town of cotati. Nichelle and the other gentleman who works during the evening are wonderful people. They are friendly, professional, patient, and customer oriented, Nichelle helped me out tremendously the last few times I was there and because of her warm nature, she is the reason i came back and shopped there. I had printed out photos and bought frames. I didn’t even know that the Walgreens in cotati had a photo department. You hardly ever get good customer service at a lot of places these days, so it was definitely refreshing to see and it definitely deserves a shout out!

Had multiple bad experiences. Whether it’s the pharmacy tech speaking extremely loudly about a condition so the whole line can clearly hear, or getting told my doctor just needs to prescribe another medicine due to shortages (they are NOT my doctor and don’t know anything about me or what medicine I need). Really inappropriate pharmacy.

Went into the pharmacy for my Covid booster + flu shot. Honestly, I understand that times are hard, and many places are short staffed. The staff behind the pharmacy counter were clearly doing the best they could with them obviously being short staffed. With that being said, the wait time was pretty outrageous. For my appointment at 12:30, I wasn't seen until ~1:15. On top of that, the "Doctor" (not sure if that was her actual title) that administered the vaccines was quite unprofessional. Upon exiting the pharmacy, she announced "I don't know who is first" while holding the containers holding what I assume to be all of the vaccines that were to be delivered to those of us waiting. Since I had been waiting there the longest, I said myself. I was then brought to the little box where the vaccine would be administered. The door was not shut, and the Doctor did not change her gloves through the process of exiting the pharmacy to the point of my leaving- I'm getting ahead of myself. The first shot was fine, however the second made an audible air bubbling noise as it came to the end of the shot. The Doctor then made an audible "Oop!" and quickly removed the needle from my arm. Now, I am not a medical personnel, but I do know that air is not meant to do anywhere in the body that isn't the lungs. Thankfully it seems that a blood vessel was not hit, as that would be quite concerning. Overall, I am more than certain that I will be sticking to getting my vaccines at Safeway or CVS. Don't waste your time getting one here, as you will be spending more time then you expect and possibly getting air in your arm.

Wouldn't have put any stars but its not a option. Have been going to this place for years never a problem. Went a few days ago was in line to check out and the cashier didnt say anything just seemed like he was having a bad day didnt say 'hi, how are you' or anything so i asked. He didnt respond just looked like he was having a bad day. Then the customer behind us in line he was smiling and talking to them like everything was good. Then when giving us receipt we got the long grumpy stare and pushed bag at us and continued on with other customer. Was so awkward and uncomfortable for us.

I had an appointment for a shot. 60 minutes later…. I finally got my shot. I should have walked out but I didnt want to have to wait for another appointment again. What is the point of making an appointment?!?!?

This store continues to slide in its service and availability. I went during posted open hours to purchase distilled water for a medical device, and the store was closed for two hours in the middle of the early evening, with a note posted saying it would be open a couple hours later. Clearly not well-enough staffed or managed. Are the owners of this franchise giving up on it? Even while sitting in the parking lot for just a few minutes looking up other places to go instead, I saw 5-10 customers arrive and leave disappointed. I think I saw some of them later at the CVS in RP a little later.

Outrageously bad customer service. How can they use this method to let patients know??? No word from staff on a previous visit - where the Rx was missing two crucial lifesaving components - this is so bad.

I came here to test out the photo printing and the clerk was super helpful and on the ball. The rest of the store seemed a bit scarce (maybe due to Covid?), and a little out of sorts. There is a bunch of yellow tags on discounted goods. And you can find much of what you might need at a typical Walgreens. It’s a bit hard to find the store because the Walgreens sign is hidden behind a gas station depending on which direction you are driving. Here’s some pics!

Here today. 8 people in line. 1 cashier. 2 employees talking behind photo counter 10’ away. Looking, not even concerned for customers waiting. Come on Walgreen’s! Really?! Does anyone care or provide customer service anymore? What a joke.

Waiting for Covid 19 vaccination at Walgreens in Cotati. We had appointments and yet my husband and I waited over an hour for vaccination. They are short staffed as is everyone these days but apparently are over scheduling for vaccinations to increase their profit. It is totally unacceptable! Unfortunately there doesn’t seem to be any other good options? in addition after waiting over an hour they lost my husband’s paperwork so that he had to complete it for a second time. Then they misplaced his vaccination card. Finally found his vaccination card! There is something very wrong with this whole process! I would never schedule vaccine appointment here again. Long lines that are confusing and not clear which line is for prescriptions and which line is for vaccinations. The lines only add insult to injury as why bother with appointments. PS they want you to wait 15 minutes post vaccinations. There are no chairs because lit is crowded, and they are not prepared to help you if you did have a reaction. Guess they could call 911. Whole vaccination process needs a revamp, and why would a big corporation care?
