I have never had a good experience with this pharmacy. The Pharmacist plays god with our needs. My fist experience dealing with this pharmacy the guy grilled me about burn cream. I should have known then not to go back but I tried again. This time for antibiotics for an infection from dental surgery. He said he wasn't answering the phone because he was short handed. Let's not ask him to work too hard. Off to Walmart I go. So unfortunate because we want to bring our business to the local people. Never again!!!

Is there a zero star rating? If so, this pharmacy qualifies. Living in Lake, California I directed my physician to call in my prescription to Cottonwood Drugs, thinking it would be close to home and support a local business. The claim that they aim to serve their patients and serve the community is laughable. My prescription cost approximately triple the cost of Rite Aid, specifically $.6667 per pill compared to $.25 per pill - and no, they don't accept Good Rx, CHIPPO or any discounts other than the Holiday (if you can afford to shop there) rewards card which offers next to nothing. Lastly, as with other posters, the pharmacy is ill equipped to serve patients in a timely manner. Even at today's gas prices, I'll drive the extra 5 miles to Anderson.

I just tried to pick up some prescriptions at 5:44 on Friday 4/14 and the place was locked up with the doors on the windows down. I happened to meet an employee leaving and said I thought the pharmacy was open until 6 today, and she just said oh…I’m not sure why they closed early but for those of us that work it can be difficult enough to make it even by 6. I’ll hopefully be able to get my meds tomorrow, and fortunately my child has a few extras of her medication, but this is enough that I will likely be switching my prescriptions to a pharmacy that is open longer hours. I haven’t had any significant problems here prior to this and have always been treated very well by the staff, but with so many options available I don’t have much reason to keep coming. So I’m rating 3 stars for my average experience- 5 for staff friendliness, but 1 for convenience and not being open their posted hours.

Cottonwood Drugs will ALWAYS be my home for all of my medication needs. They care deeply about their patients. They were even willing to lose money to make sure my 9 year old had his proper medication. Too many big box stores get business they shouldn't. Their pharmacies and their staff leave you with a bad taste in your mouth. They are rude and it is clear you are just a dollar sign to them. If you ask me, not enough pharmacies have the same small town, personal approach to how they treat their patients. It is obvious they know a secret to customer service that most other pharmacies don't know or have forgotten. Thank you to all the staff. You truly have my gratitude. I appreciate you more than you will ever know.

Everyone at Cottonwood drugs are always so helpful and kind. They go the extra mile in any way they can to help. Absolutely love this pharmacy. I will never go anywhere else ever. Melissa, Fritzie , Charlie, Amanda and Greg are all such great humans and they are prime examples of great customer service and human kindness. Thank you all for the great job you do!

horrible customer service. very very rude. a few of them are respectful but there’s one lady whose super rude to everyone. don’t even seem like she enjoys her job.

For the most part Cottonwood drugs is an okay Pharmacy although they have a couple of employees there that leave a lot to be desired and they have gotten a couple of prescriptions incorrect in the past other than that they're okay

Prescriptions are never filled in a timely manner. This has caused my family pain, extra antibiotics needed, time and energy wasted....I could go on. Have had staff lie right to my face about how much time they said it would take, and then they come back and say twice as long. Great place, if you like incompetence.

I absolutely recommend Cottonwood drugs! I have been with them for years now. They have always been extremely helpful and even going out of their way to help me with any problem I may have. And the driver for the pill bug has always been amazing in finding me and making sure I get my medication. Not to mention they are quick to answer the phones haha! Amazing people and amazing service!!

I am tranfering my prescriptions. They are aweful with customers service you have refills they say you don't but it shows you do on you bottle they have you come in then they can't find your pills they really duck.

They never answer the phone. The elderly male pharmacist is not only rude but doesn't know about dangerous medication side effects. They really do not even try to help and lie about contacting your doctor. Tried to charge us 3 x the amount for our sons medication than they originally quoted us. The reason we had to pay for it in the first place is because they are very disorganized and weren't sure if the authorization was sent to the insurance or not.

I have been out of medications for almost a week. It started with this pharmacy saying they sent a refill request but they didn't. Now I was on hold 20 minutes. Then I went to call again and no one answered. I tried to call multiple times. This is ridiculous. I have severe bipolar disorder so I'm not supposed tomiss a single day and I'm going through terribly painful withdrawal right now because of your mistakes.

OMG... the very worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Tried toTransfer meds from riteaid.was left on hold as much as a hour & finally went down there. So very rude & refused to help me.Riteaid head Corp said they looked at my scripts again & for the 4th or more times said they transferred meds to cottonwood drug.So my doctors office got involved AGAIN....now waiting to see if they will fill. I am out of some critical meds. Don't know what to do now. All I know is will not be using them again. Would rather go back to riteaid. Terrible people! Told me to stop calling them. So now what?
