The mail lady that comes to lake California is horrible. she zooms threw the streets and also at any slight inconvenience she won't deliver your mail. Multiple people say the same thing

They deliver mail at 11:45pm to 1:00am my mail has been getting delivered in the middle of the night.

The delivery service is done without any thinking at all. With a sign on the gate that there is a deaf dog inside and to not leave the gate open, they still throw the packages inside with the dog that chews them up. They don't email that the amazon packages are delivered so that the packages can be retrieved.

When I complained that the USPS website was broken and the USPS help FAQS were incorrect the postal worker demanded I leave the building. Ridiculous

The person who is delivering mail is not putting the mail in the proper boxes She has put A yellow card or orange card in somebody else's mailbox This has been going on for some time So that person tookThe slip down to the United States Postal Service Gave themi card did not check an ID at all and gave somebody else my product i spoke to a lady named aron. She said she would talk to herthis would be a third talking and she still can't manage to put mail in the right slot. So most of the time we always end up with other peoples mail.

This office is small but always busy! The employees in this office work so hard, and yet, are always polite and helpful. This is a smaller town, and I'm so thankful that we have a post office here and don't have to drive to Anderson or further for in-person service! On a side note, this is NOT the post office employee's fault but someone backed into their "blue box" where you can drop off packages & crunched the side of it, so it is harder to get some packages down. It would be great if the USPS could replace it with a box that accepts slightly larger packages (as found in Redding, Calif.). This would allow us to get packages in before the end of the day, but not waste desk time when it's not necessary. :)

The Cottonwood Post Office is prejudice against homeless people. I would know because I took my daughter down there to see if her check came in on a Friday, the lady that she talked to on Thursday said she would be able to pick it up on Friday. When we Got there they told her they sent it back. It was too late for the mail to go out! But they didn't tell the truth because we went back on Monday because I read that they had to hold mail for 5 to 7 days. They said No ! The postman was rude as usual ! My daughter said they were rude ever since some thieves came and stoled their 5th Wheel and that was their home. That's another story. But that Post Office has been rude to my daughter when she lost her home! The police are investigating the stolen RV. By the way my daughter called the office that sends her checks and it hasn't came back to them yet. It comes from Sacramento! My daughter is devastated by the treatment!

Keeps delivering half of my packages to random neighbors houses. Scared to order anything on amazon now, because their couriers can't read numbers on addresses. They said Its my fault for living.

Quaint old time post office. Drive thru drop boxes. Mail box rentals inside. Small mail counter inside too. Easy access parking lot with wheel chair ramp.

I have used this particular post office on a few occasions and I really like it it's kind of like being in mayberry when you walk in people greet You by name and I don't know what Linda A's problem was but I don't have any complaints about the Cottonwood post office in fast the postal carrier who drives a Jeep and delivers to our mobile park on occasion will hand deliver my mail to me as I'm on oxygen and it's hard to walk so I have nothing but good to say about the Cottonwood post office

The lady who delivers mail to my area (Foxhunt Dr area) can't see and I even got my neighbors pills from Owens pham....I have told them down there at the post Office.....they don't seem to care much...would give them no star or minus stars if I could...

The. Postal master came across the street said I was lottering. Mind you Its a open space not part of the post office I was filling out a money order tht I jus bought and was mailing very rude ,lady .Horrible mean ..person
