On my way home from work today December 19, 2023, I stopped at 7-Eleven store on Cypress Avenue in Covina to purchase two Powerball tickets which cost two dollars each. My change back to me was not counted to me, just handed to me but I trusted the cashier with a $20.00 bill to return the correct change to me and I did not count until I reach my driveway. upland counting I receive thirteen dollars back with one of the 2 five dollar bills being heavily taped also 3 one dollar bills. I called the store to talk to the cashier to let him know that he gave me the incorrect change. He said he gave me the correct change and I should have counted my change before I left the store. He's right, I should've counted my money. Lesson learned over a 3 dollar shortage, never again, and never going to that 7-11 again.

This place is seriously thee worse 711 ive ever been to in my life. Im going to reach out to corporate because whomever is the owner and franchised it should either 1. Fire their employees or get their franchised taken because I'm pretty sure what they did was illegal. I needed a quarter for a shopping cart at Aldi I drove here bought a $1.79 Jerky stick. The dude tells me $2 for cash back which isn't stated or shown anywhere. Literally could of done it but didn't want to scan my item unless I spent $2 so i said give me a pizza which literally was $2 not only did this guy refuse to give me cash back but then let me get it with a .20 cent difference! Then i entered my phone number i had a discount on the pizza from 711 rewards. He literally pushed the transaction and didnt let me apply the discount. Ridiculous hlw awful this guy was. Im never goibg here again. This was today tuesday about 4pm guy was a middle ahed indian smug face and horrible trash attitude

Store delivery truck would not let me pull in to a parking spot because he wanted out so I parked in front of him and whent in came out and he decided to he's going out no matter the cunciqunses and was going push his way through all he had to do is let us pull in I guess he dosen't know how to back up a trailer how they get a license who knows I'll not go there again

Just picked up some online order late afternoon, the dude at the register wearing an orange turban with migraine or constipation written all over his face, didn’t even bother to say hello or barely acknowledged. He should have chilled and loosen up his headgear, done some yoga or double down with some coffee/sugar drink!

This 7-Eleven has bad reviews and I am not sure why. I never have issues here. Every time I come I find what I need and this is the only store that ALWAYS has fresh coffee. I've been to other stores when I am close and never find coffee or I find cold coffee at night. The people are friendly and not sure of his name but that one guy on Fridays is friendly and always has Colombian coffee hot and fresh. I like coming here and come here all the time.

At 8:34 PM on 2/4/2022 I went in to get water. At checkout the cashier skipped allowing me to put in my number for the rewards. I asked her if I could put in my number for my rewards. She rolled her eyes and allowed me to. When I put my phone number in it asked me for my email address and I asked her why it needed my email address if I was already enrolled. She said she didn't know. The other cashier working with her asked her to give her two $5 bills when she was done and rolled her eyes at me as well. These two were the rudest cashiers I have ever seen.

Don't even bother coming here, the guy who works here at night closes the store even before their sanitation time. He doesn't care for customer service and really has a problem when dealing with people. I've had this experience many times with same individual and I've just had it. Please do something about the employee. He has no regards in keeping the store open, nor taking initiative when customers arrive.

I had the worst customer service experience yesterday 10.13.2021 with Juan, whom was was working when I went shopping at 5:30 p.m. He was super argumentative with me on everything. It started by me asking him if he could retrieve a 2nd can of a drink at the top shelf. He told me to ask his "co-worker to help me". I told him, i don't see anyone. He said he's there. I went back to the area and said " you want me to knock on the employee's only door"? He then went to cooler and open one and starting calling for his co-worker who did not answer. I then said, I just need a can from the top of the cooler? He then said "you did not say that"!! I said, yes I did. As he was ringing me up, I noticed one of the items I was purchasing was ringing up incorrectly at $16.99. I then said, that price is incorrect as the label indicates $15.99. He then said "No" they are $16.99! I then said the label indicates otherwise. He moved towards the cooler and without opening it, he said SEE!! no label. I then opened the cooler, and pointed to the label indicating $15.99 and said see! He then rudely said " I don't make the labels here" to which i replied, but you work here!! He then said, but i don't make the labels!! By this point I was very frustrated and asked him for his name? He said Juan! I said you never customer service skills. He then said then "take it up with my manager"!! I said I surely will! I still was going to buy the items, but he ignored me and took another customer on a different register! I had enough and walked out, and I will not go back there again. I was spending about $40 and I usually spend this much every time I go to a 7-11, as it's very convenient due to the array of items they have. I've gone here before and ever other employee has been super help and nice. Retrain your employee, Juan!
