One word, unprofessional. Literal told us that our order would take two minutes and we waited almost half an hour. Right after that we waited for at least ten minutes for the movie to start and out of nowhere they shut it down

This was an odd experience. Shabby exterior The multiplex is enormous, like a warehouse. We came to see Saltburn; we were the only people in the theater. The projection quality was just fine. Air temperature throughout was a shade colder than ideal. All in all a good film and a good experience, but I can't see how they can turn a profit.

Excellent Tuesday prices, great IMAX & 3 other large screens. Has elevator to the 4 large theaters! Small popcorn & small drink for members $5+tax & $5 Tuesday. I need a few more tables and sheets so you can sit down between movies. Very few tables or chairs to sit on if you want to eat something before your movie. Like a hot dog!

The theaters are clean and the staff are nice and helpful. The IMAX theater is spacious. I had a wonderful experience seeing The Barbie movie here!

It's so weird to walk into a movie theater and see it super empty. But I really like it. Especially this one. It seems like people don't go to it as much, at least when I go. Maybe it's me, but whatever. I like the staff at this location, they're all pretty young and somewhat apathetic. Reminds me of my days. I'm so really grateful to have these around. I know I'm talking about them as if they were drive-ins but it's nice to have some empty movie theaters. Makes it feel more personalized.

Ive been to many theatres but this has to be the worst seats ive ever experienced. I went to watch Oppenheimer in Imax and was expecting to be fully comfortable in my Imax seats. For the 3 hours I had to sit in the seats stiffer than an old man's back. The screen was nice tho, and there was a lot of seating for many people to enjoy the love of film. Wouldn't really come here again tho.

Do yourself a favor read the reviews and do not come to this location. Where do I even begin?? The staff is absolutely horrible. The floors are wet and sticky. There's no ice or cold beverages. The bathrooms are disgusting. And the popcorn is old and burnt. There was so much soda and fountain drinks on the floor from the time I got there to the time I left. My 4 year old ended up slipping on it and got hurt. DO BETTER! Someone can get seriously injured by this negligence. I spoke to a worker right after it happen and she just smiled at me and said sorry. I was not pleased by that response and told her if the workers can't do their job and clean it up then at least throw a towel over it so nobody else slips and gets hurt. There was so much liquid my kid is completely soaked. There is absolutely no excuse for this. ZERO STARS.

Drove here to see the Barbie movie. It was a nice theatre. Clean and the employees were nice. The only thing is that the Premiere line to order food had one employee taking our orders versus the regular line had multiple employees tending to them. So it took twice as long for us to wait, order, and get our popcorn and icees.

The theatre itself is fine overall. Popcorn is kinda meh, otherwise standard concessions. Not the cleanest lobby or theater, and definitely zero attempts from staff to quiet people down or avoid phone usage during the movie. I know there's only so much they can do, but I didn't see a single staff check in during the movie to even see if it was a problem.

I grew up frequenting this theatre a lot and it’s sad to see how little they care about preserving the bathrooms for guests.Almost every stall had something gross in it and of course the one cleanish stall had a lock that didn’t fully work!!The automatic soap pumps had issues too (except one). The chairs in the theatre are stacked well where whatever seat you pick, you can have a good view. But the material of the seating is definitely outdated.Other than that, AC was working great and not too cold either. The employee at the front who scanned us in was helpful too!

Couldn’t believe how dirty the trash cans were as well as being full with trash , looked like they hadn’t been wiped down for months. The soda machines had absolutely no ice and that made the drinks heavier and caused the lids to not hold to the job and made soda cup fall and spilled punch all over my new summer dress!

Plenty of parking, good seating, decent snacks. Do any of your shows have closed captioning? It would have been nice for Indiana Jones and others.

I like this theater and don't want to trash it too much. I get that the industry is struggling so I'm letting little things that would normally bother me go. I can cope with a sticky floor or a long wait at the concession stand. But I have one important complaint I wish AMC would address immediately:Coke Freestyle soda fountains are an affront to humanity. Please, for the love of all that is good, get RID of them.I get that you were understaffed on an exceptionally Barbie-tastic Saturday night teeming with way too many customers, so being able to self-serve is really important.By 7:30 PM, long lines were forming behind every coke machine because those goddamn touch screens never respond properly. Are you in line behind a group of children? Lord help you. Giving us "intelligent" apes more than 100 sickly-sweet drink combinations behind a barely functional menu system is a bad, bad idea.Back in my day, there was a small, set selection of drinks. You aimed for the nozzle with the one you wanted and hit the big, mechanical paddle dingus that filled your cup in just a few seconds. So easy, a toddler could do it. Quick, efficient, convenient. Now you need to fight with an inept computer for 5 minutes. I hate the future. After musing over this for roughly an eon, it was finally my turn at the evil, torturous liquid dispenser. None of the giant, supposedly intuitive bubble icons responded to my touch, except for the sad little "water" button tucked away in the corner. I shouldn't be drinking soda anyway, so here's to my $8 wax paper cup of water bearing the faint taste of whatever disgusting flavor concoction the 9-year old before me spent 15 minutes choosing. And wouldn't you know it, the machine had no ice.In fact, EVERY SINGLE MACHINE had run out of ice. Before 8pm.I'm sorry, I thought this was America. We might be weird for demanding unlimited buckets of sugar water chilled with ungodly amounts of ice. But it is our solemn birthright. I will die on this hill.I will put up with your other deficiencies, as long as I can get a bloody tub of liquid with lots of ice and little hassle. Please just put an old school, dumb soda fountain back in. Ten choices, not a hundred. The ones where you dump in ice from your trusty, industrial ice maker in the back. There's a reason we've done it that way for over half a century. It works.Saying it loud for the folks in corporate: Coca-Cola Freestyle machines are absolute trash. They are objectively terrible and a piss-poor consumer experience. GET. RID. OF. THEM.
