The manager of the shop, Dave, is the nicest guy I’ve ever met. He explained everything clearly to me and made sure that my car was in top notch shape. The staff is very friendly and professional. Caliber Collision in Covina (corner of San Bernardino and Barranca) has done an amazing job in my car, as good as new 😀.
Staff is pleasant. Front office/lobby smells amazing. Restroom is clean. They have coffee with a variety of creamers while you wait. And bottle waters in their mini fridge. They also kept me updated on the progress. Deidre was wonderful. I appreciate the ease of this whole experience. Thank you so much.

Everyone was great, from the moment I dropped off my vehicle to the time that I picked it up. I received text message throughout the process with updates regarding the time frame of repairs and my representative, Deirdre, was very friendly,
professional, informative, and readily available for any questions. I hope I don't need to have my car repaired again, but if I do, I'll be coming back to Caliber Collision!! Most of all, my car looked fantastic!!

Came in after my tire blew out on the freeway and tore up my trim, paint, and bumper, also bent up the panels, Caliber fixed everything to better condition then when I bought my car. Also really great communication throughout the process. Thanks Caliber!🙏
