If I could give this dealership a 0 star, I would. Extremely disappointed in the process. We live in Las Vegas, saw a car that interested us, did all the necessary pre purchasing details and thought everything would be a simple process. The Manager, Andrew, supposedly had everything ready and prepared. Traveling from another state, we would expect even if it's your off day, you would make yourself available. The inconvenience to travel down in the middle of a work week, and nothing was prepared or ready was more than frustrating. You're dealing with Exceptional A1 credit buyers, except we live in another state, and we felt the least appreciated. No one in business office was open at 5:30p, and only 1 Finance rep available. I've never been treated with the lack of Customer Service purchasing a car in a different state, and I've purchased vehicles in several different states. (Mind you, I'm born and raised in Cali, purchased over 10+ cars during my 27 yrs in Cali). I guess Cali isn't hurting for car sales. I guess this dealership doesn't care about selling vehicles to out of state buyers. This dealership can certainly use some major customer service training. The car wasn't cleaned and as prepared as it should have been when you basically had this deal wrapped up on a silver platter with 24 hrs+ notice. Ticked me off that they ran our credit twice because they were unorganized about the initial credit report, and I had to provide them their own reference ID that credit app confirmation email that it was already pulled and approved. Nevertheless, they ran it again to further show their incompetence and lack thereof attention to details. Wait, I'm sorry, there was no details left from the original Manager we discussed all the details with he left for other rep to assist in his day off absence. Regarding the details of the vehicle, False advertisement listed on their internet link. Listed the vehicle with all the accessories and the price. I get a phone call that there is an additional markup which is not listed on their website for the accessories that were mentioned. I'm sorry, why would I pay for the markups on a Used Vehicle? Everything should have listed with the correct price. If your car with everything mentioned on your page is $19995. Not additional markup $2490. Misleading information should have been my initial red Flag not to waste my time driving down and dealing with this dealership. Currently, I still have not received a call apologizing for all the unorganized process, unprofessionalism, and misleading information that cost me major time and gas traveling from another state on short notice. If anyone from out of state is purchasing from this dealership, Buyer Beware. Weido California and dealership antics and undisclosed rules towards out-of-town buyers. Definitely will never seek to purchase a car in California ever!! Due to your lack of not wanting my business, my business was truly appreciated in the State of Nevada with a similar vehicle; 15,000 miles less, and a purchase process completed in 45 minutes and out the door with the car sitting on the front row, cleaned, and full tank of gas ready to go. All the necessary representatives ready to handle an effortless process. The Chevy dealerships I've interacted with in NV and have a fleet account with my business is a complete 180 of your operations. As I mentioned to everyone I interacted with at the dealership, I wasn't directing my anger directly at them, it was their process and most of all wasting my time and misinformation given.

Just got my Third truck from Covina Hills Chevrolet. Martin and Andrew got me everything I need for the price I needed. The color of the truck , the price and let's not forget about the floor mats. (Inside Joke). Don't forget to bring water(another inside joke). Thank you Guys

I had a great experience at Covina Hills Chevrolet. Sales rep Daniel Diaz was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Sales manager Andrew Hernandez was also very friendly and courteous. He was very willing to work with me on all aspects of purchasing my vehicle. Outstanding experience!

Ridiculous wait times for having an appointment. This is the second time having an appointment. One hour goes by and my truck is sitting in the same spot! They over book their appointments, they don't about having an appointment. This time after one hour of waiting and all I brought my truck in for was to have them look at my mirror for a warranty. So I told the guy I want my truck back, I wasn't going to wait any longer when my truck was just sitting there doing nothing. They didn't even try to fit me in or work with me to have my truck seen. They pretty much like okay bye!

I have been looking for a Tahoe for a month straight and was not able purchase one on my own with a trade in at my price... but here working with Daniel, the manager and team they were able to help me get as close as possible to a payment as I needed and wanted and were able to help me get into the car of my dreams. Not only we're the helpful financially they were very patient with me and my kids, and accommodated us to anything we needed during the purchase process.Thank you Daniel and Chevy team.

Service is ALWAYS convenient to schedule on line or by calling. I came in on a Monday and was greeted by Andrew Corona who was efficient and help me get in and out with an oil change within an hour. I was offered to be shuttled home but decided to stay in their convenient lounge with free wifi . The parts employee Daniel was exceptionally attentive even went to Starbucks to get me a water. I'll be back m for service

Have had nothing but horrible service with the service department. I've even understanding but after having took my 2022 truck in for service to being left with a loaner for 3 weeks (after literally calling non stop ) I showed up to finally get the truck and I found out my transmission was replaced. WTF ???? Then I drive around and my truck feels like something isn't right . It's skipping/pulling and I take it back . 8 days later and I found out that the transmission was replaced because metal shavings were found but this time after checking it all is good it's just the way the engines are made that it feels/drives that way. I literally was trying to reach someone for days before Jerry finally got the shitty end of it and got some information to me.

Aside from employee Gabby telling us the location was open at 8am instead of 10am( having us wait 2 hrs till open), the staff was very nice and professional. Omar helped us out with our trade in and our new to us truck. Thank you very much Omar and Tyler Pham (finance director) We are very happy loyal Chevy clients and we look forward to our new vehicle.
