I have used this service since I purchased a car of this brand. Unfortunately, the service gets worse every time. I was given an appointment for 7:20 am to check the on-board computer and the problem with the catalytic converter. They said it would take 2-3 hours. I returned 5 hours later as I still had not received a message from them. I was told that the system was not working and I needed to wait. After another hour, I went to check and it turned out that since the system was still not working, they didn’t even look at the second problem, although this does not require a computer. As a result, I stayed there for about eight hours and was offered to come another day when the system will working. Could it have been done 5 hours earlier? Why should I spend all day on something that could have been checked within an hour. At my next appointment, I arrived, handed them the keys and stay waited. What outraged me was that the employee came to check the car, turned it on and left for about 30 minutes. When I asked why my car was on and no one was doing anything with it, I was given the answer that it would be diagnosed soon. Ok, but wasting gas for 30 minutes doesn't make sense at all. I think they need to be a little more attentive to their customers.

I purchased a V8 Silverado from Christian Ortega on 12/30/23. I was looking at the lot when Christian approached me. He was very respectful and courteous. I was very impressed with his easygoing attitude and NO no-pressure sales tactics. I am very satisfied with the entire process. I look forward to doing more business at Covina Hills Chevy and will recommend this dealership to my friends and family.??

Ridiculous wait times for having an appointment. This is the second time having an appointment. One hour goes by and my truck is sitting in the same spot! They over book their appointments, they don't about having an appointment. This time after one hour of waiting and all I brought my truck in for was to have them look at my mirror for a warranty. So I told the guy I want my truck back, I wasn't going to wait any longer when my truck was just sitting there doing nothing. They didn't even try to fit me in or work with me to have my truck seen. They pretty much like okay bye!

This review is only for the service department. I have taken by car for service two times during this year. Scheduling the appointment is the easiest part, everything else is meh.The service experience at both the times was very bad. This service department here does not communicate once you drop off the car. I have dropped the car for an issue once that I was advised a day to fix but there will be no follow ups or updates. When you drop off the car, the advisors will say that they will call once they have diagnosed the issue and provide update. This has never happened during both my visits. The second visit was with Alejandro, I will have to call 5-8 times to reach the service advisor only to get transferred by the girls answering the phone, either that the advisor was at lunch at 4 PM or not at desk etc. are the excuses that I have heard. This guy should be fired as he never returns the call after leaving voicemail or the email the girls answering the phone send him. As I live nearby, I swing by to see to check what is going on as I have spent a full day trying to reach him, behold the guy was just chit chatting with the other advisors instead of answering the calls at his desk.Now to the quality of the technicians here. The techs here do not diagnose the issues thoroughly. They put temporary bandaids for the fix or keep the car for 4 days without any diagnosis and only 5 days later will let you know that they couldn't replicate the issue. Does it take 5 days to replicate an issue when the issue is simply as heater doesn't work ? You turn on the heat and see if the air is hot or cold. I had showed this to the advisor while i dropped off and he agrees, then tech says nothing is wrong. There will not be a third time to experience this bad service again.I only came here as my car was purchased from here. Please stay away from this dis-service center.

I was told the parts would be there by the second day. It took 5 days to get the parts. It took the 6th day to install the passenger window mechanism.

I have been looking for a Tahoe for a month straight and was not able purchase one on my own with a trade in at my price... but here working with Daniel, the manager and team they were able to help me get as close as possible to a payment as I needed and wanted and were able to help me get into the car of my dreams. Service is ALWAYS convenient to schedule on line or by calling. I came in on a Monday and was greeted by Andrew Corona who was efficient and help me get in and out with an oil change within an hour. I was offered to be shuttled home but decided to stay in their convenient lounge with free wifi . The parts employee Daniel was exceptionally attentive even went to Starbucks to get me a water. I'll be back m for service
