Trying to get thru on the phone is a nightmare. Takes you to one prompt after another. Finally get thru and customer service rep knew very little as to the questions I had. Decided to go to the branch and teller was very nice.

Always come here to get cashiers checks and are always greeted by tellers. Quiet and polite tellers always help out anyway they can.
