do NOT bank with Citibank. After I was scammed out of $2400 in November they "recommended" that my account be closed. I was told that upon making a final decision, it would take between 30 and 60 days to receive the funds in my account (regardless of the scammed amount) and that there was a "freeze" on my account. HOWEVER, there was not enough of a freeze to prevent them from accepting my Social Security payment for December, even though I had reported new financial information to the SSA.Worse customer service i've ever experienced (totally Philllpines'based). Right hand has no idea what the left hand is doing. You'll be put on hold and transferred around randomly. STAY AWAY FROM THIS JOKE OF A BANK !!!!!!!

Need better staff came here to deposit my check, since I was in the area I'll never come to this location again I'll stick to Hawthorne! Manager was rude in front of me and the guy (teller) didn't seem like he knew what he was doing

UPDATE: Account closed. (FINALLY!) I've never been so ecstatic at getting my $ out of a bank. The teller was sweet, though, and asked why I was doing what I was doing. My reply: "I'm not happy here." I sorta painted a picture of what happened (the problem was solely due to managerial staff, never the tellers) and she was nothing short of understanding. Just happy I'm no longer with them.

This is the worst bank ! I went to use the atm 3 times this week and the machine is out of service! Every time It cannot dispense money or out of service.

They should just close this bank! Every time I go to deposit a check the ATM machine is always down, they are super slow when I do decide to go in the bank, why do they have one ATM machine and it's always out of service?

Latest update is I still haven't gotten my money back. I was told over the phone to wait 90 days then I called again as it was about a week away from 90 days and they told me to appeal each transaction separately like that makes any difference and it would take me hours because I was unconscious for about two months and there was a lot of transactions. Do NOT BANK HERE

This bank is so ridiculous they do not cash checks ??? Unbelievable but true I don't know why they do that but if you have a check from Citibank you need to check the list of banks where you can cash your check bad business

I first opened an account here ('97)), back when this was "Cal Fed". I noticed how much the staff kisses your a** when you FIRST open your account, but when you return to deposit/withdrawal on subsequent visits, it's "who the f*** are you?"- time. Citibank took over here, to obtain more patron's accounts, enriching there own wealth, making a BIGGER name for themselves. I remember a bank teller here used to come on to me, when I visited. She was middle-aged, Caucasian, tall, full-figured, ash-blonde hair, giving me b******* baby-talk. And when I rejected her advances, she got all bitchy/psychotic. I didn't think it would've done any good speaking to the branch manager regarding the matter, because she was "out there", too. It seemed like most of the staff were former patients from that nearby Charter Oak "Funny-Farm". One afternoon, I got a phone call from some teenage girl from Citibank with a "Minnie Mouse"-type voice, claiming I've been awarded $500 in overdraft-protection, same as cash. And I've got a bridge in London to sell you. Eventually, I got tired of my money being mishandled and feeling like I'm at the mercy of imbeciles, EVERY damn time I visited, and FINALLY ceased conducting my business here. Enjoy!!!

I didn't get the clerk name, which I regretted. He was very helpful and he was always smiling and doing things that we needed. Everything was easy.

For my needs this branch takes care of me quickly and efficiently. The tellers are really nice, friendly, and accommodating. I go on off hours and I'm in and out in a flash!
