Trying to get thru on the phone is a nightmare. Takes you to one prompt after another. Finally get thru and customer service rep knew very little as to the questions I had. Decided to go to the branch and teller was very nice.

Teresa Khoo personal banker did excellent job. Staff is very friendly plenty of parking teresa was very knowledgeable and helped us with our account. We will return to see her.

Worst service when I tried to open up a business account and personal banking account. The Asian guy (don't know his name, he never told me) doesn't know what he's doing. I went down the street to Chase and was treated so much better. Run away from this bank.

Latest update is I still haven't gotten my money back. I was told over the phone to wait 90 days then I called again as it was about a week away from 90 days and they told me to appeal each transaction separately like that makes any difference and it would take me hours because I was unconscious for about two months and there was a lot of transactions. Do NOT BANK HERE

This bank is so ridiculous they do not cash checks ??? Unbelievable but true I don't know why they do that but if you have a check from Citibank you need to check the list of banks where you can cash your check bad business

I first opened an account here ('97)), back when this was "Cal Fed". I noticed how much the staff kisses your a** when you FIRST open your account, but when you return to deposit/withdrawal on subsequent visits, it's "who the f*** are you?"- time. Citibank took over here, to obtain more patron's accounts, enriching there own wealth, making a BIGGER name for themselves. I remember a bank teller here used to come on to me, when I visited. She was middle-aged, Caucasian, tall, full-figured, ash-blonde hair, giving me b******* baby-talk. And when I rejected her advances, she got all bitchy/psychotic. I didn't think it would've done any good speaking to the branch manager regarding the matter, because she was "out there", too. It seemed like most of the staff were former patients from that nearby Charter Oak "Funny-Farm". One afternoon, I got a phone call from some teenage girl from Citibank with a "Minnie Mouse"-type voice, claiming I've been awarded $500 in overdraft-protection, same as cash. And I've got a bridge in London to sell you. Eventually, I got tired of my money being mishandled and feeling like I'm at the mercy of imbeciles, EVERY damn time I visited, and FINALLY ceased conducting my business here. Enjoy!!!

I didn't get the clerk name, which I regretted. He was very helpful and he was always smiling and doing things that we needed. Everything was easy.

Citibank takes too long to return your money back but very fast to take your money. Been waiting for a credit check for over ten days already. Very upsetting

Location, location, location. it's all about location. So thinking about this location we couldn't use it So that's a serious negative. my mom is handicapped And she needs a handicap spot that is close to the entrance of the bank. well apparently That was taken when we were there if there was a handicapped spot at all. So My mom threw cold around the building trying to find a closer space Couldn't find anything and finally she was frustrated and said I give up I can't get in this bank And we had some really important business to attend to And we couldn't do it. Because of that We had to wait several days until we could get to a Citibank. Now I already have personal negative feelings about Citibank because of my own bad experiences with them as a creditor. I was disputing some charges on a Citibank credit card and they sold the credit card to some other bank And stuff fell apart And I was getting charged the $400 Her 450 or whatever that they were saying I owed when I had it in dispute Anyway it was a huge mass I hate Citibank and this experience made it even worse.

Lousy bank. Check should have cleared yesterday. Forcing me to go back just to close worthless acct. Wouldn't cash my social security check right away. Website frustrating and useless. Make you go in circles. Don't bank here. It will be a big mistake

Would give this branch 0 stars if I could. I have an issues only a bank manager can help with it would be nice if this branch could pick up a phone so I can find out if the manager is in before driving down. Stop trying to transfer to me customer service that can't help me.

I would give this place a 0 I thought a bank is suppose to give change.. isn't that what a bank is for right... but when waiting in line for like 15 mins.. the lady tells me it's for there customers only.. just because I didn't bank there .. the most stupid answer ever.. I will be calling the manager to talk too her .. and sent a letter to the head corp.. trust ...

Citibank is a good bank but this particular branch needs help desperately. They seriously need to hire more staff! I went on a Saturday asking for some kind of document but there was no manager there at that time so I had to leave my information so someone can call me the following Monday. Its already Tuesday and NO ONE from the branch has contacted me yet. I tried calling them many times but there is no answer. I kept getting connected to the call center instead. This branch is actually a little far from my house so I have been thinking of just closing our account and opening another one at the bank closer to us. Maybe I will. This kind of service is a big NO NO for a bank who keeps your money for you.

I spoke to Curtis Wong, the branch manager, about dropping in to get Citibank's endorsement of an insurance claim check that had been made out to both myself and Citimortgage, the mortgage holder of my loan. While having to get an endorsement from the mortgagor, who paid no funds, seems ridiculous enough, Curtis informed me that I had to get an appointment and none was available that day. Curtis likened the bank's services to DMV. later called the branch at Diamond Bar, who was willing to accommodate me that same day.
