Do not open an account with them! They have the WORST customer service over the phone and are completely incompetent and unhelpful. I opened an account with them over 10 years ago and since moved to San Diego county where there are no locations and if you have trouble with your account their response is to go into a branch location. Who has the time for that especially when it's over an hour away. HORRIBLE!!! Nothing is ever easy with them.

My favorite credit union. The tellers and management always helpful, friendly, and professional. They occasionally bring a little cart with water and snacks so cute! Keep up the great work guys. This is the one in Covina near Lowe’s and across Super Walmart.

Worst bank ever! They didn't allow access tk my account and never gave me a valid reason! I couldn't even use zelle or withdraw money from the atm and I had bills to pay! To this day a few weeks later they never gave me a valid reason as to why I didn't have access to my account. And when I tried to close my account they gave me a hard time about, if you're thinking of banking with them dont! Not just this branch when I called the service number they gave me no explanation and just was in circles!

The service here is absolutely amazing!!! I just opened an account here and was helped by Irene and she was AMAZING!!! I told my boyfriend you NEED an account here!! So the next day we came in and opened him one up too! Thank you Irene for all your help! And thank you Kristina for helping us open an account for my boyfriend. You made the process incredibly easy! I was referred by a good friend of mine to this bank, specifically to Jazmin Avila , and she was amazing!!!! I walked in to make an appointment , not expecting to be seen today but Jazmin squeezed me in before her first scheduled customer arrived.. I needed to open an account and she made that happen right away.. I can't even begin to explain how pleasant she was and so accommodating and goes above and beyond to help others.. I absolutely loved her!!!!!!!!!! Thank you so much Jazmin!!!

I’ve been a customer for years now and have had always a good interaction with all of the employees at the Covina branch you can say it has been a great professional relationship. However todays visit was far from it, this morning teller Sha’Nira was rude unprofessional and just seemed to hate her job. I understand that sometimes you don’t love what you do but being rude condescending and having an overall aggressive demeanor is not a reason to provide that to a customer. Honestly I think from here on out I will no longer do business with this branch due to Sha’Nira so called “professionalism” I hope she either gets another employment where she likes what she does and treats other respectfully or have her Re trained because this is unacceptable.

The manager is very unprofessional. He takes no accountability and doesn't know what his own credit Union offers. He also deflects and gaslights people, twisting words. So I was told that someone would reach out to talk to me and guess what, nobody did. Guess this is how they handle things not only at the branch but all the way up also.

JAZMIN AVILA (service officer) Is the BEST!! Manager , please make sure you acknowledge an employee,like her , i am a Cedar Sinai employee, and my time was short it was 4:30 pm and as soon as I walked in, one of the ladies ,that worked there, after knowing that I wanted to Open an account, she said "you got to come back tomorrow " so I was sad to know I didn't make it, but for my Good luck , I forgot to ask what was the requirements to open it,so I went back, AND guess WHAT as soon as I open the door she is in front of me and ask me "can I help you"? And I said Yes! Just forgot to ask what do I need to open my account and she said DL and SS , if you have time we can do it right now, OMG!! She made my day! And her Customer Service, AMAZING HIGHLY RECOMMEND you ask for her, you'll Love her She even rolled a snack cart to me ,so that I can get whatever I wanted!! Love her! Once Again THANK YOU!! So in response to my review the owner reached out, asked to call me to help with my issue. I just got a call from a manager who continued to scold me and treated me like a liar. I thought they were calling to try and help me find a solution. They are refusing to reinstate my ability to do mobile deposits. They said they warned in Feb about third party checks, but I was under the impression that was an error because the check wasn't signed. So I deposited another check in my moms name and it was returned. And they warned me again, okay, fine. This time I get it. Even though it makes no sense and has never been an issue before. And I agreed not to do it anymore, and they still won't allow me to do mobile deposits. Totally unacceptable. I am so disgusted. I will definitely be taking my banking elsewhere asap. Avoid this location and this credit union, it is not worth the mental stress.

I had the best experience in this credit union due to employee Irene Soles. She made something bad the bank had done to a pleasant experience. She really went above and beyond to fix the problem. Thanks you for everything Irene !! It's people like Irene who make this world a better place.
