My family and I have been really pleased with the professional work that Custom Cleaners has done cleaning our items (clothes, blankets, sofa pillows, etc.) for over 10 years now. They also have done an expert job with alterations and repairs for us. Even though they are efficient, and get everything done right and back to us in good time, their prices are more than fair. They are also always cheerful and polite -- we enjoy dealing with these honest, friendly people. Happy to give them 5 stars! (BTW, they moved their business here to Covina Plaza on Citrus Ave., from Badillo St., a few years back. ...Much better parking than they used to have.)

Horrible experience. They dont know know how ro tailor. You tell them one thing to do and they do the opposite. My wife took her dress that she custo. Order from Australia. They need to raise the from a few inches and they end up raising the rear. It look stupid and the material was very delicate and they gave it back to me damage and with red marks I told them and they said it came that way. My mistake was not to take pictures of it when i left it. They do not take reaponsibility for their actions. The seamstress came from the rear to speak with us and we figure out why my wife's dress was damage. She was wearing too much make up and red lipstick. She also was wearing lots of jewelry and bracelets and nail were very long. I address the issue is that how she handles clothes in the back ans the owner from India did not reapond back. He reduses to pay for my dress. Dont go here. If i could i would give them a zero.

This store has been around for a very long time. The current owners (experienced dry cleaners) acquired the store about 3 years ago. The service and quality has been maintained. Plainly just a good local neighborhood family run business.
