this location is always having trouble with the photo equipment, always out of stock on certain paper types and does not do passport photos but have a huge sign on the wall above the photo printing machine. Always directed to Azusa and Badillo. SMH

Imagine waiting in line for 20 minutes at the drive thru to pickup your prescription and then when it's your turn nobody answers. You look at a sign near the window and it says they are closed while they go on break daily between 1:30 pm to 2 pm but it's only 1:20 pm.

I have been coming to this CVS for 10 + years. They go above and beyond to no my name. They are extremely short staffed since covid and the public needs to be more forgiving for the wait.

They take forever to fill your prescriptions in the drive through. My husband was there for 45 mins and there were only 3 cars in front of him.

July 5 2021 I go in a the store around 9pm .An older lady with short dark hair and raspy old mean voice that's was working at the register wasn't ringing up anyone and she tells me to use the self check out . She was annoyed un friendly and doesn't look happy to even be there . What's the point of having her even be there if customers are being told to use self check out . I'll never go to this cvs again .. Such a bad attitude . Who even hired her..The worst

I ordered a first set of photo prints & received an email 20 mins later that it was ready. Several hours later, I realized that I forgot to add one photo, so I ordered another single print. I went to the store 1.5 hours later (after the email confirmation estimated time) & it wasn't ready. I understand that I didn't receive a text/email that it was ready -- However, I have been to other CVS' that had my prints ready although I didn't receive the text/email confirmation. I asked the staff how long it would take, as I'm not in the area & figure I might wait, & she replied a time 3 hours later. I was very DISAPPOINTED she could not accommodate ONE single print as a COURTESY. I informed her to cancel it, but of course I still received that email that it was ready (over 3hrs later). I ended up using Walgreen's photo center instead, with better service.

I went in to buy some cough syrup found it went to check out the girl was about to leave rolled her eyes and came back to check me out. I forgot my card and asked if I could write a check said yes rolled her eyes again, I asked for a pen she said I only have a red one you can't use that stood there she has not looked at me once. I asked again for a pen and she said I told you I have the red one I then said there are no other pens in this store. Once again rolled the eye found a pen asked me if I wanted to sign up for something still never looking at me I said no thanks handed me my receipt walked away.

I had been going to the CVS Pharmacy on Azusa Avenue and I had to switch Pharmacy because they started Forget to fill my meds I am now I go to the CVS pharmacy on citrus in HollenbeckI The staff there is very friendly and willing to help Andrea has helped me a couple of times she's really friendly and nice I have no complaints with this CVS Pharmacy beyond and above to make sure my medicine is always ready

I have visited this pharmacy twice so far, once to drop off and once to pick up . I have had 2 good experiences. I switched from a different cvs and asked to have my prescriptions transferred here. It was very convenient because all my information, including insurance, etc., is in a database available to all cvs stores, so dropping off was as easy as if I had not changed stores at all. When dropping off, the pharmacist was expedient, kind, patient and knowledgeable. There was no hick up at all. My prescriptions were ready the same day. I received a text at that time. I waited a few days (today) to pick them up. They were ready as promised. Today, the pharmacist was equally competent. I received a coupon "bonus bucks" with my prescriptions that I used towards the purchase of some Christmas decor inside the store! This store also has a drive up I might try next time. Maybe not, I like the cvs shopping area inside too. It's nice to know that I can drive through if I chose to, however. I've found my new pharmacy!! Thanks

Their Pharmacy seems to always have my Meds ready when I either request a pick-up and gladly arrange for them to be delivered if I so chose. They've always helped me out in a pinch when and if I run out of my Meds and readily supply my last minute request for a refill. Bravo!

Horrible customer service from a manager! Came in at Maida 220 pm on October 12 2019. 1st time seeing her by the way. I purchased a few items and was not asked if I would like a bag. After the transaction was completed and paid for I ask this manager for a paper bag. She tells me its 10 cents! I usually dont get charge for a small paper bag. I figured she would let it slide since she didn't offer 1 with the transaction. Instead states to me its 10 cents for any bag and its state law. I'm like I just spent 60 bucks here and you fight over 10 cents? I have been coming to this location for 10 years and a resident of west covina for 20 I have never seen such a disregard for customer satisfaction and service. Corporate please pay attention to managers like this. She is going to cost you more than 10 cents. Besides all this once I told her other managers at the location have actually not charged me for paper bags. She tells me shes gonna rat them out. What a piece of work! No comradeship to her fellow employees!???I guarantee she will cost cvs more money in hardship than her micromanaging in dollars and cents. Doesn't this make sense? Also shout out to everyone one else who works here I have never had 1 single mistreatment before Maida.

Walked in today and a young cute Hispanic guy at cashier greeted everyone who walked in with a pleasant and friendly "welcome" . Thats always nice to hear especially when it sounds sincere. Good job.

I've been going to this pharmacy because my doctor has it already set up.. this pharmacy has the worst service instead of requesting all information in the beginning...she only asked for $5 so I forgot wallet at home .. went home got $$ and then when I returned she says co-pay and identification needed .... why did she not say in the beginning they play stupid mind games and when we questing to speak with a manager denied stating they have laws picking up a controlled substance require certain identification why wasn't I notified prior and why is it that two weeks ago or three weeks ago a narcotic was picked up and I did not need I d was not needed do they pick and choose who they give the medication Who they want they pick and choose... she shouldhave told me what's required older lady shorthair glasses customer services know if you can

This is the fourth time I've had major issues with prescriptions. They always blame the doctor, but never call the doctor directly. I'm done with this lack of professionalism. The Pharmacist Kevin Lee just does not care to follow through properly. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Sounds like the pharmacist at the Eastland location is thorough.
