I was in a hurry looking for batteries, and she immediately spotted my anxiety cuz I have no idea what isles I should browse. She quickly pointed me the right direction and even helped me picked up the exact model I was looking for. And she finished checking out my purchase within 1 min. “I work nights and this was the only place I could go to buy balloons and decorations late night for my kids 18th bday. Their employee Ed was the absolute kindest. He was the only one working a register and had a massive line of customers. I needed 16 balloons. He promised once he cleared the line he would help me and he did. He was so patient and helpful and didn't make me feel bad for coming in so late. He blew up a ton of balloons for me with a smile on his face the whole time. He knew how important this was for me and even though they were at closing he still provided excellent service. Thank you, Ed! I was so stressed out and you made it go so smoothly!”

“I would always have visited This Dollar Tree when I used to live in Chino and worked in that area as well. This Chino Hills Dollar Tree carried a variety of necessities on top of various water bottle brands such as 'Icelandic,' 'Dasani,' and 'Fiji,' and many others but these 3 water bottle brands were my top favorites. If I forgot to grab a new water bottle from Sam's Club that we stocked up at home, I would just drop in here for a brand name water bottle I formerly stated and some snacks. Of course, I buy other household items and craft materials for work again from This branch. Location was convenient to find: parking was easy at all times. Cashiers always seemed to be fast and efficient. I also would stop by during my lunch breaks from work.”

“Wow, I was seriously impressed with this Dollar Tree! It’s much larger than any other location I’ve been to, and everything was incredibly well-stocked and, most importantly, very clean. The aisles were organized and easy to navigate, which made browsing enjoyable. Unfortunately, they didn’t have what we originally came in for (sidewalk chalk), but we still ended up finding some great items, including a nice selection of Valentine’s Day decorations and goodies. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and respectful to customers, which really added to the overall positive experience. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location!”

We recently visited Dollar Tree and had an excellent experience! As a newly arrived family in LA, we were thrilled to find everything we needed — from kitchenware and bathroom items to hangers, a mop, toys, and storage bins for clothes and kids’ stuff. My wife and daughter were especially excited — it was clear they loved browsing through all the options! The prices were unbeatable, and the quality of the items we picked up exceeded our expectations.

“I have visited that store on a couple of occasions, and one of the female staff members was not particularly friendly. When we were ready to pay, my son needed to use the restroom, but she informed us that it was not open to the public in a rather rude manner.”
“This location is pretty sad. They only have one employee working and don't have much balloon supplies. A mask is required to shop everywhere now. Especially when I walked in, the employee reminded me here. The downside is waiting in line for longer than usually. But the employee was very nice!”
“This store is not all that bad. I visit this particular store at least 5 out of 7 days a week, for Ice and supplies. Sometimes the cashiers are a bit slow but the majority of the time their fine. Co-operative, no attitude with me. Its a Dollar Tree sometimes it gets a bit dis-shelved, lots go in and shop in short periods of time, they get busy but still manage pretty well especially as a team. Helpful, and theirs a few Quick thinking/acting young gentleman that pick up lots of slack. Ive seen it. I'm perceptive in general and I notice. The parking lot is fine! They have cruising 24 hr security guards, that watch well and don't harass. What do you want in this day n' age for a Dollar!! This Dollar Tree Rocks.”
