“Needed to print a catalog for my business, and it was my first time doing it. They helped me from the very beginning, explaining how the file needed to be prepared and recommending different paper options based on the look I wanted without overspending. The customer service was excellent, and they made the whole process easy. Highly recommend!”

“This place is amazing. The customer is service is excellent and they are super friendly. I had gone to office depot/staples to try and print out my Anatomy dissection images, but they wanted almost $100. This place did it for less than 50% of that! The images I got are for labeling and they came out looking really nice. I will definitely be able to study my material. If you need printed material and want friendly service. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Come here! Do not go to big box stores!”

“I contacted Donna at ConceptuaLine after finding her website on the Internet. I needed a computer graphic artist to transform some hand drawn scientific images into symmetric illustrations. I talked to her on the phone and E-mailed the drawings to her. She got back to me quickly. She was able to do the job and gave me a reasonable quote. I agreed and sent her a deposit for half the quote since we had never worked together before. I needed 18 illustrations. She sent me the first few illustrations in a few days. The looked great! There were only a few minor corrections due to my poor handwriting. I needed the rest of the drawings within a couple of weeks. She was able to meet the deadline with beautiful drawings. She made a few minor corrections again due to my handwriting. I received great illustrations in jpeg as I wanted and in PDF. I will submit my scientific paper with the drawings shortly for peer remand hopefully publication. I highly recommend Donna and ConceptuaLine! D. Lieu, MD”

“Stitchmania has the most patient and receptive customer service! I had gone in to Stitchmania after asking multiple other services for a (seemingly) impossible task and they were so understanding and make that vision possible! I had my own timeline to work with and they did their absolute best to accommodate me. They truly provide the best customer service I have seen and I highly recommend getting your custom work done here!”
