“I worked with James Djunaedy on getting last minute liability insurance for my small business for an upcoming event a week away. James was very helpful and knowledgeable, working with me and answering all my questions with great patience. We started late during the day when most other insurance brokers were closed, and I just gave First Way Insurance Service a call knowing nothing beyond needing liability insurance. He asked the necessary questions and then let me know he would call me back with what he found. A few hours later by the end of the day he called me back having already found me a policy for my company that I could even start same day to have full coverage.
