I seldom write reviews, but for Alfred and Home Run Rock Chip Repair, I'm happy to make the exception. He responded quickly with a competitive quote and was very responsive and flexible with scheduling a time to come to my home and fix a chip the next day.I chose Home Run after watching his short video explaining why and how he got into the business. He exhibited everything he said, being well organized, well equipped and allowed me to follow along as he knowledgeably explained step-by-step what he was doing.Alfred is really into doing what he does, I'm glad to have someone I can recommend to others.

Can't recommend Home Run Rock Chip Repair enough! We had a pretty decent sized chip from a rock kicked up by a semi on the highway. The rock actually hit twice, causing two solid chips right next to each other. I found Alfred through a google search, seeing great reviews on his work. He was prompt in getting back to me, had me send pictures of the damage, and then called and gave me a thorough explanation of what he'd be doing, and the pricing I would expect. He came out two days later to repair the cracks. I ended up unexpectedly having to switch repair locations on him, and he was beyond kind in handling my last minute change. During the repair, he walked me through each step of what he was doing, and how it was repairing the glass. The repair took about 30 minutes, and his pricing was extremely fair. Alfred gives a great guarantee on his work, and lets you know that he is available if anything happens to the chip down the road. Alfred did an excellent job and responded immediately to my Sunday afternoon request for assistance to repair a rock crack to my 2018 Toyota Prius windshield, saving me my $500 deductible to an otherwise $1500+ windshield replacement and recalibration. Others were hesitant to service my window, but he accepted the job without hesitation. He guided me through the entire process, arrived on time, guided me on every step, and was exceptionally friendly throughout. I would wholeheartedly recommend him and will keep his number on speed dial for any future windshield repairs. The crack was filled and repaired, and it looks great now!

Alfred works on my stone crack for some time. As the stone crack is too big and can't been repaired. He didn't charge even working on it for some time. Alfred is a host and kind guy, will definitely looking for his service if any stone crack in the future.

On a recent road trip a truck passed me and kicked a rock onto my windshield. Crack! I booked an appointment with Home Run Rock Chip Repair using their online booking system (super easy to use) and Alfred arrived right on time. I was able to get a same-day appointment even on a Saturday. He is professional, kind, and detailed. My crack was a little bigger than a quarter, but the price was very fair. Much cheaper than the Safelight quote and I was able to support a small business. I highly recommend Alfred! You can barely see the crack in the windshield now and Alfred said the crack will not spread. I will use Home Run Rock Chip Repair in the future should I get another windshield crack.
