I love Ikea, but a past visit and encounter with a worker named Priscilla made me rethink which location I take my business to. I asked for help locating some items and this employee walked past me as if she couldn't hear me. I said, "Excuse me" a bit louder and she turned around and greeted me with a very annoyed "What?" I ended up telling her never mind and that I could find the items myself, then asked for her name, to which she rolled her eyes and gave me a sarcastic, "My name is Priscilla. Have a great day." I have gone to this Ikea for years and have never had an experience like this. I hope management corrects Priscilla's attitude and customer service skills.

This place management and customer service is terrible. I went to pick up a drawer that was not at the fountain valley store. There were two sales people telling me that price needs to be adjusted and got me to pay and the self service had 199 and then customer service precious and gusto talking Non sense. Don't go to this ikea staff and management don't know what customer service is

This place is freaking massive!!! When you walk in you start at the beginning of the maze which is awesome cause you get to walk through the entire store and see everything and all the room displays and how they designed and decorated the different rooms of your home which also gives the buyer (you) ideas! The also have employees posted at different spots throughout the maze in case you need help or assistance with anything and they are super friendly and eager to help you! They have anything and everything to furnish and decorate your new dorm room to the new family home you just bought from things as small as silverware all the way up to bed sets and everything in between!!! And the value is amazing cause you would spend 2-3 times more anywhere else! If you have never been to an ikea I highly recommend you go to one and see just how crazy your imagination can run wild! Can you make it out without filling up you shopping cart or getting some new furniture or decorations for your place???

IKEA is always an interesting place to hang around. The store itself is quite linear and you pretty much follow a path to view all the different sections of furniture. Prices are reasonable and overall a cool place. Restaurant is dank though!

IKEA will probably have everything you're looking for. On this particular visit needed a new comforter. They have various temperature ratings which is so helpful. On the packaging it'll show how warm the particular comforter is and it's also color coordinated. They have down fill and for those who are allergic down alternative fill. Twin, full/queen and king sizes. There's a display of all the comforter types so you can feel what works best. Also a great place to find some frames. Standard sizes and limited color selections but it gets the job done. They also had the larger frames on sale for half price. You never know what you'll find. Lines were very long today luckily they opened extra lanes. Great service through all the mayhem. If the crowds start forming and patience decreases.. they always have some soft serve ice cream! It'll magically shorten the wait.

Stopped by on Thursday, 03/07/24. Not as busy as the weekends. IKEA is a great place for spending some quality time with friends, family, and loved ones (especially if you are into interior design and would like to see some inspirations in person). Lots and lots of affordable items here. The dining area is also extremely low priced.

Horrible...... Left all my items behind and walked out of the store after wasting close to 45 min in the checkout line. The cashiers are slow..... slow! There were only 2 caskets open and each line had at least 30 to 40 ppl waiting. They had more employees "supervising" the Alf checkout lines than cashiers! At least 10 customers walked out before I did.

Ikea love to come to the food court they have the best sweetish meatballs. It was so busy today it was a tiny bit overwhelming but really wanted some candles and meatballs lol! I love this location when you take the scenic route to drive up not on the fwy it's such a beautiful drive there. I love it and with the green grass and trees surrounding you and the beautiful homes on the way. Coming on the weekend is usually not my favorite thing to do but it was really nice walking through and seeing all the new stuff they have. They must have gotten rid of all the old smelling candles cause they only had a bunch of new ones which most didn't smell to nice to me. But found a couple different ones to try out. I also really love their ziplock bags lol I know but they give you so many and come in two sizes for each box and I love that they last forever. Ikea is a fun store building the furniture sometimes can be so relaxing lol! I recommend this location over the one in Huntington but I do like both. Have a beautiful day :) Aloha

I ordered a table a month ago, received only half of the table, still have not received the full table. I have to call every time to get status as there is absolutely no communication from IKEA. I have chair and the boxes they came in because Task Rabbit put together the chairs but did not take the very large boxes. Maybe I can make a table out of those. I get scheduled, then canceled with no notification. If I could give IKEA no stars I would.

Been to Ikea many times. This is a great place to go if you enjoy putting together your own furnitures. You will definitely save a lot of money since you yourself is the installation person. Anything you need for your home (furniture wise), you can find it here. I like how they have different rooms showcasing furniture to give you an idea what they look like in a room. Not only that, they have swedish food/cafeteria for you to buy and enjoy from a long day of shopping. Their food is not that bad and prices are not too expensive. Overall, you can't go wrong shopping here. I would definitely come back. Their service isn't too bad either.

Not this particular location because all staff I have met have been great, I am going at the giant franchise. Let me set the scenario. You have a $950 credit limit with IKEA, you have paid everything in full, on time. Due to an issue with credit limits, your card gets declined and you hold off the line as you have to get in contact with customer service. They fail to help and you start regretting your decisions on making priority payments to that institution to just get embarrassed in public. Last time I purchase there. American made from here on out. #supportourowneconomy #supportourownbusinesses #americafirst
