HEALTH HAZZARD! I really don't know how this place isn't shut down. SECURITY is really creepy and just STARES at you nd doesn't acknowledge when you say hello after being stared at for more than 10 minutes. I had been waiting for 2 hours and still hadnt been seen. Appointments literally are complaining saying it's been 30 mins past there Appointments. Staff is very rude and very werid and they act like they don't want to work cause of how bad there additudes are. JUST GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION

Based on all the other reviews, I guess I got lucky. I walked in without appointment and walked out 20 minutes later with all lab work done. It’s in the lower level meaning basement or downstairs, use elevator or stairs. Paperless check-in process took me less than three minutes. Staff were friendly and courteous. I closed my eyes. The needle went in and I didn’t feel a thing, but she got three vials of blood out of me. Painless. Took one star off due to the basement location hence lacks windows, of course, and the place needs a little refurbishment.

This place takes fooooorrrreeeeevvvvveeeerrrrrrrrrr, even with appointment. Lady at the desk is nice and all but they need a better and faster workflow to get people in and out of here

I had a disappointing experience at LabCorp. The receptionist I encountered was unfriendly, which made my visit uncomfortable. Due to this experience, I have decided that I will not be returning to this location.

Overall, not a bad Labcorp experience. I went yesterday on Saturday with an 11 AM appointment. I checked in at 10:45 AM and got called to the front by 10:50 AM to give my paperwork and insurance. This location was super packed because not a lot of labs are open on Saturday so I understood that. Front desk was friendly as was my amazing phlebotomist Gabriel. The only thing that sucked was the wait and shortage of seating as I wasn’t seen until 11:30 AM, but ultimately this was far from my worst lab experience. I think people have bad reviews when they are walk-ins or don’t have their paperwork in order.

went to this location 3x in less than a month. The young bald guy who was our phlebotomist all the times we were there was so RUDE. I had too go one last time to drop off a sample i asked him a question and he looked at me like i was stupid for asking the question and gave me attitude. It was really disappointing, i work at a doctors office near by and now i understand why all our patients complain about this location. Sad to say i wont be returning to this location.

Whatever you do, just don't go here. They are very unorganized and the office is in the ghetto. It's located upstairs in a small shopping center. They have 1 worker and that same person is answering phones and handling paperwork and drawing your blood. It has been over 2 weeks and I have not received no results. I went to another LabCorp in West Covina and got repack in 2 days... ????

Don’t book at this labcorp they make you wait outside in the cold whether you have an appointment or not! When they finally call you in after waiting in the cold for several minutes, they make you wait in the urgent care with everyone who’s sick instead of sending you up to the labcorp waiting room. Ridiculous.

The staff are professional and efficient. I don't understand the process of waiting upstairs for 30 minutes and after we are brought downstairs to wait another 30 minutes in a different lobby. What is the purpose of this process. It makes no since and it just doesn't work! Labcorp needs a new system!!!!

Only +ve thing this is the ONLY location in entire LA and San bernardino County open till 1 pm on sat as all 4 or 5 weekend locals close by 11 am. Now the bad, you MUST MUST MUST have the requisition in hand or be prepared to wait 2 hrs to find out at the front desk that they don't have it in their system.. and dress for outside weather as there is room for 4 people and their families in the basement lab and the rest wait in optum office and there are about 20 seats there but FULL, then you line up outside the building and that is always 30 min to 1 hr wait. Cattle up fellow Americans!
