Go to a different location. They are horrible. Their online check in service does NOT work. They do not answer their phones and they are always over booked.

The slowest lab service I've ever experienced. Literally waited 3 hours to have simple labs drawn. Limited appointments were available in advance and none for the day we needed.

I made appointment on Labcorp website and got confirmed. But when I drive like 20mil and got there it was closed!

The wait time is terrible . I was here 2 hours to get simple lab work. Other locations like QUEST is much faster than Lab Corp. First and last time I ever come here.

Staff were friendly, did my lab work pretty quick. Security at the front door. Pretty clean place.

They accepted walk-ins however it took a hours plus to get called. So if you are planning to walk in be prepared. Also the staff is not friendly and not helpful

The lady at the front desk knew nothing about their insurance policy and had a very unpleasant attitude when dealing with the issue . To see is to believe, now I know why this lab location has such bad reviews.

Zero (0) that is what they deserve - they are rude un organized from street outside to the inside. Like a clan and gang no respect at all.Very unhappy front desk and that rubs to the rest. I got the blood test and at the end it was very bad I left angary but I am not letting it to get to me. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED AND YOU DESERVE WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO YOU. . . . . . . .

Booked for a lab test 3x and they don't have the tubes everytime. Incompetent. Worse yet the staff was non chalant . Answer to me was "I don't know" .

Good luck in trying to get hold of someone on the phone or even someone calling back. Turned up only to be told my blood work docs were not sent by my doctor to claimed he had. Could have saved me time by just speaking to someone.

Always terrible ... this time I decided to write a review. The customer service at the front desk is the worst , five to six people chatting two seating and the others standing around while you are waiting for service . They are also rude and don't have any customers service skills. Big difference from Optum the best customer service and now you don't have to go to LabCorp (basement) to get your blood draw because Optum have that service (second floor) and they are much nicest and skill employees

Never coming to this lab ever again. What a complete joke. First "sign in" was outside, not even through their system just a lady highlighting your name on the list. Even if you have an appointment you were made to stand outside in the heat with no chairs till they let you go down to the lab. All while the waiting room on the first floor was empty and air conditioned. I came 15 minutes early and they allowed in 3 walk ins 10 minutes before my appointment time. 5 minutes after my scheduled appointment time they allowed in one appointment (myself) and another walk in. And then once you're inside you have to sign in through their system. And remember that labcorp sends you an email saying if you're 15 minutes late they cancel your appointment. So coming here was a close call since I was made to be late signing in through their system. And ontop of that I've been waiting for my appointment for 3 weeks (I made the appointment back on June 12th) because all their appointments in the locations closer to my house were booked up until late July at the time. Two starts only because the lady drawing my blood was nice. Otherwise it would be one star.

The easiest is to make an appointment. Otherwise they do take walk ins. The staff is nice

Awful customer service these people treat patients like cattle no sense of urgency or care senior citizen needed help at kios never did two heavy set individual s at front desk nevertried to stop get up n help old lady sad old lady with ridiculous pink hair rude n grumpy Who's in charge in bacThey believe u have no other choice n your forced to wait so no mercy or pitty I prefer to drive farther than to be treated like an animal
