DO NOT BUY EXTENDED WARRANTY! Review on 2 year old whirlpool washer repair service. When dryer first broke I had to deal with calling overseas services center ~ had to call a minimum of 7 times with 2 hang ups. Lowes contracts out their repair services. First company that came wrote I had a GE washing machine with correct model number ~ Lowes denied repair because wrong brand written. Now I had to start all over again with overseasl service center. Now another repair company has come and ordered parts. This Tuesday, 3/15 will be 5 weeks since this journey began and we'll see what happens. I've already had to resort to going to laundromat. Oh Sears how I miss you!!

I came here for some threaded inserts and the employee I talked to didn't know what that was. After I tried to explain it to him, he showed me the t-nuts. The store needs to employ people with more knowledge.

Lowe's Home Improvement is a well organized business and everything is in the right place. The attention is awesome and is a must to go chop in there. Keep the good work because that is what brings customers to a neat place like Lowe's!

If you are looking for Christmas Trees that have the most adorable display of decorations set up. They had hot cocoa and props to take pictures at. The two hosting were AWESOME.. we did not get names but they were extremely helpful!

Had to return a large bathroom item I had purchased from Lowes. The manufacturer did not have a suitable replacement. Lowe's customer service staff helped me return the item. Lowes scheduled a quick pick up and credited my account. I had expected difficulty doing the return, but there were none.

Lost a sell, I waited 1/2 hour for help to get something off top shelf. Asked 3 people who called for help and no one came. I’ve been a long time customer and Lowe’s credit card holder but won’t come back to this location.

In business, a friendly, helpful attitude towards customers goes a long way. We've had two unpleasant experiences at this store with different employees having bad attitudes.The first was last year when we were waiting between 15-20 minutes for an employee to continue helping us after he told us he would be right back. After we looked for and found him, he said "Some people just can't wait." We reported this to the manager who took it seriously and said that he would speak to him. We appreciate that.The second was last night 10/03/23 around 7:15 p.m. I wasn't able to find a product on my own, so I went for help. As I was approaching customer service, I noticed an employee who seemed to be having a personal conversation with someone by her body language and stance. I said, "Excuse me, may I ask a question or are you on your break?" She didn't answer that. Instead, with an "I don't want to be bothered" attitude, she asked what I wanted. After I asked, she ended the conversation with the other person by saying "talk to you later" or something similar and took me over to the product, which I hadn't requested. She could have just pointed out where to go.As we were walking, I said, "I didn't want to bother you on your break." Silence, no response. Then I asked, "Were you on your break?" She said that she was talking to a customer, which I don't believe. First, she wouldn't end a conversation with a current customer to help another one. She would simply say that she was helping another customer. Second, when you end a conversation with a customer, you don't usually say "talk to you later" or something similar.I called that manager and spoke to him about it. He said the right words, but it wasn't heartfelt and seemed scripted. That's why I'm taking this extra step of writing this review.We've never had any issues such as this at Home Depot, which we have visited many more times, thus increasing the chances of such an occurrence.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Shout out to Evan in lumber, he was helpful and knowledgeable when he helped us for over an hour to get what we needed for our project!

Some good customer service compared to the other store, but when I purchased a bunch of lumber I was asking for help to get some pricing(asked 3 times) no one came to get me pricing. When I purchased my lumber, the gentleman at the register said he would get someone to help me load all the lumber, and I had a lot. No one came. I saw the gentle man who checked me out(he was leaving for the day), and he asked if I got help, which I told him I didn't. He apologized for no one showing up, which I appreciated it. Again, some good customer service, there is a lot of room for improvement.

To me every Lowe's is a great experience like this location I went to get some florescent light bulbs, but unfortunately I was told that florescent bulbs were going to be a thing of the past there going to be FACE OUT and nothing but LED is going replace them so i bought 10 boxes that they had left that should keep me going for a while because when I run out I will have to replace all the light fixtures so I can run LED lights at my house . As always got treated nice as everybody is supposed to. So that was my experience at Lowe's you usually find just about anything you need . Hope this helps somebody Shop safely .

Absolutely every time I want to work on project this is the right place. Employees in this store always carry a smile and it’s like they know I need help and always go above and beyond to help me and also provide recommendations . Big parking space and safe .

I went for a quick trip to pick up a TV moving box. It took a lot longer than it should have because the box that I was looking for was on a pallet on top of the rack. I decided to go to a different location to get what I needed after being quoted a 30-40 min wait to get the pallet down.

I recently bought a DeWalt impact wrench along with other items . That experience well . Associate that helped even explaining about the promotion with buy one get one free. I opted not to go that way . But once getting home doing the math it made sense to buy it . I went to a different store did my exchange inorder to get the tools I needed free. Once I got home I realized I bought the wrong drive wrench needed 1/2 not the 3/8 drive so I went back to the the original store (Covina) and proceeded to attempt an exchange for one of the free items which I just needed the correct drive. Long story short the associate and his supervisor said they needed .me to bring back everything I bought in order for them to help me with the exchange. I told them I didn't live close by and that all I needed was to exchange it for the correct size . . So I Left very disappointed with this interaction! Drove down to the San dimas location and they young lady there was able to handle my transaction with no problem .Not sure if going to this store in Covina is worth my trouble anymore since this is the first time I have exchange anything here and I get this! And I even had my receipt!
