Service could have been better! A bit sloppy car & tires had overspray front bumper not completely painted in some areas car was filthy & dusty inside & out from sanding. Car feels gritty looks more like they used a can of spray paint . At the time we picked up car expressed to Phil our concerns & he stated car will look better after it dries in a few weeks & also said it was difficult to get those areas painted ?? Contacted Anthony immediately as he was not working at the time Expressed our disappointment he stated if we brought it back they could give it another coat for $ 600.00 WE DO NOT RECOMMEND this place at all we thought we asked all the right questions evidently we didn’t .

I recently brought my vehicle to this location for a full paint job and opted for the higher-priced package that includes a five-year warranty. Unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing.
When I first picked up the car, it was returned with a dusty interior and a thick layer of dust on the exterior, which made it impossible to properly inspect the paint job. I gave feedback that the least they could do was not return the car full of dust. They seemed to understand. I also noticed that some loose change I had left inside the car was missing. After allowing the paint to cure for a month, I washed the car and discovered that the paint job was poorly done.
My husband and I brought the car back and spoke with Phil, who was helpful and professional initially. Several areas needed to be repainted, which they agreed to address. However, when the car was returned again, the interior was once again dirty and not in the same condition it was brought in—and again, loose change was missing. Looks like they really didn't understand that they shouldn't return vehicles full of dust. Phil responded that they don't have anything to dust the vehicles with. Right. I informed Phil about the missing money, who acknowledged that this was unacceptable and mentioned that I wasn’t the first customer to report such concerns. He said he had an idea of who took the money and that they would be written up. I wonder why this issue wasn't addressed sooner.
Sadly, the second repaint still fell short. There are bumps, scratches, and other flaws in the newly painted areas, and I now have to bring the car back once more. I'm dreading it because I don't think they're going to get it right. It’s incredibly frustrating to see a lack of attention to detail and pride in workmanship. I recommend getting your car painted elsewhere. There's no attention to details, and the work is sloppy.

Paperwork states panels are not removed during the painting process.
Not only did they remove panels, clips were broken.
Screws and panels were just thrown in the back seat when upon picking up the vehicle.
I had to put them back on myself.

I brought my 2012 Lexus ES 350 in to get a new front bumper, hood, roof, and trunk painted. Overall, I had a really good experience.
Anthony in the office was helpful and informative. He kept me in the loop the whole time. After waiting the two weeks to wash my car, I noticed a couple scratches on the passenger-side pillar. I brought it back in, and Anthony had it taken care of right away, no stress.
The paint came out looking great! The color match is better than I hoped.
Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for solid work!

Philip stated $516 out the door. But paid 539 during drop off of the car. Deceiving. Quality of work ok.

I had an amazing experience with Maaco Covina! Philip and Anthony went above and beyond with the customer service. They explained the entire process, kept me updated throughout the job, and made sure I was completely satisfied with the results. Before the project, my car had paint flaking off on every panel.
