The unit was clean and climate controlled - both of which were important features for us - but it was the people working there that made the experience especially positive. They were infinitely patient with all my questions before the rental, went above and beyond to help us on our move in day, and made the close out process a breeze. They recently helped me move from an upstairs apartment to a ground-level home, and they made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They were punctual, professional, and handled all of my furniture and appliances with care.
Moving from upstairs can be challenging, but the Keren, Max and Alik are AMAZING!! They are friendly, kind and worked efficiently and didn't complain once. “Outstanding location and professional team. We rented one of the flatbed toy-hauler trailers. We had a reservation with another location and when we called them the morning of the rental, they did not have the equipment.
U-Haul was able to find the Pomona location and they had toy-hauler trailers available. The trailer was brand new and very solidly built. We used it to tow a load to Catalina AZ. The Pomona U=Haul location is highly recommended!! Much better than the other location (hint-near the ONT airport).”

“Eastern Van Lines was amazing! We recently moved our fulfillment center from a 8000 square foot warehouse to a 15000 square foot warehouse.Over three days, they moved approximately 1000 boxes, cut down our pallet racks and moved them, 16 large shelves that were filled with inventory, 40 rolling racks, 10 large rolling desks, and a very large and cumbersome packaging table as well as countless other miscellaneous stray products and furniture.All was moved with no issue and they moved everything in the exact order as we needed them to. Upon delivery to the new space they also put things exactly where they should go which enabled us to not miss one day of fulfillment for our customers.While the listed things may seem like things any mover would do, this is my third time moving to a larger space and I can say hands down that Eastern Van Lines made my moving experience so easy I would actually say it was pleasant!!”
