I’ve been a customer of Omar at Original Jaguar & Land Rover for a few years now. I currently own my second XK. Finding a trusted and reputable dealer alternative wasn’t easy. I’ve had my share of bad experiences dealing with shady independent Jaguar mechanics through the years. I am always grateful to Omar and his team for keeping my car in such top notch condition and for always being so honest and upfront with me. Their prices are always more than fair. I highly recommend Original Jaguar to anyone who’s looking for master Jaguar & Range Rover mechanics. If your warranty and maintenance contract has expired consider coming here. Don’t expect same day appointments however, they are always busy so do plan on leaving your vehicle for a day or two. You’ll be very happy when you pick it up.

I have had Omar make a couple of repairs on my '08 XJ8 Jag. He is knowledgeable, thorough, courteous, friendly, and reliable. I really appreciate the excellent customer service I am provided when doing business with Original Jaguar. Carrie, who works the desk, is also an asset to this business. She greets you with a warm, friendly smile - not an attitude. She is easy to talk to and very calming and caring. She and Omar are very attentive and make you feel like you're their only customer. I highly recommend this place for any repairs you may need.Plus, they are local in the neighborhoodEasy to get to and the prices are also quite reasonable.

Well, we just had our F-Type brake service done there. It was simple and no hassle. This shop got the original parts from Jaguar, replaced the old parts. Pick up the next day, we paid the parts cost and labor. Saved us time and money. Only replaced the parts needed, not the entire brake system (pads, rotors, sensors) like dealers quote us.It was a pleasure to have Omar and his mechanics work on our F-Type. In any future event, we know where we go to service for our Jaguar. AAAAAA++++++ EXCELLENCE

These guys at Original Jaguar and Land Rover have been around the block a few times and know their stuff. They know Jags and Land Rovers like they know their own social security number.They are much more reasonable than the big dealerships. They are VERY HONEST.I have even had some minor repairs done for LESS THAN their single hour labor rate! I am not saying that is typical, but it is an example of their honesty.On a personal level, both Omar and Eric are very nice, cool guys.Service: Engine repair
