“Lovely” pet store very convenient in the neighborhood but I honestly just hate how they keep a note on the door saying that they’ll be back at 2:30 and they don’t come back at all especially if there’s people outside waiting and then they don’t answer the phone it’s very inconvenient, especially if you need things for your pets

Called and was told hours of operation today would be 1pm-7pm, show up just after 3pm and store is closed, sign says will return at 4pm, it is now well after 4pm and still not open. Very frustrating as I drove a very long way to get here.

Called 10-20 times on different days and no answer, drove by twice and they were closed. Hand written note on door says open after 2pm. Finally got there around 4pm while they were open and was super disappointed with how rude they were. Their customer service sucks. All the bird tail feathers are so mangled you know they are stressed from small cages. Habitats are undersized. Do better
