If you want your job done right in a reasonable amount of time, don't take it your car here. They have no communication, they promise things will get done by a certain point and you have to keep calling to get answers only to find out nothing has been done. I would call and ask for an update since they never once call me in the 2 month process, get told yeah I'll follow up by this date, and that didn't happen. The car was here for over 2 months and still not everything was done that I had asked. Willie likes to make excuses for things and play it off as if that's normal. It wasn't until I expressed my extreme dissatisfaction with the whole process and how they communicate did I receive my first update from them. The car was in an accident and he didn't bother to touch the passenger seat belt which I had asked him to do and the front seat was completely broken and they didn't catch that either. The body work looked good but you can tell things were rushed but the car was here for over 2 months so it made me wonder how much they actually worked on the car. Overall I was just happy to get the car back and the paint looked pretty good but they replaced the whole AC system and the they didn't do this right either. The compressor would kick on and off on a regular basis and I couldn't figure out what was going on. The system wasn't flushed properly. I spoke with Willie and he let me know he would have me take it to his mechanic and he would cover the cost. When the time came, he didn't respond back to me or answer my phone calls. After they were paid $7000 for a job, that's how they treated their customer. I took my car to a different mechanic and I got the seat belt replaced and the AC fixed for $260 dollars. I won't bother trying to recover this money but that is what led me to leave this review. Just bad customer service and I wouldn't recommend anyone here because of how they do business. Learned my lesson big time

Uses the best and really nice guy! I had some scratches on my car due to someone putting big rocks on the side of my car and me reversing and going forward over them.

At first the service was good until I got my car back.
I brought my 2016 BMW 535i in to change my bumper to the m-sport. They painted and installed it. First off they said it would be done by the end of the week, which it was not. Then when I was paying they charged me $100 extra because it took "longer than expected". Even though we agreed on the price before hand.
Lastly, when installing the bumper they messed up my parking sensors in the front and now my sensors continuously beep when engaged and the sensors kept popping out because they messed up the housing. Even after they "fixed" it the sensors still go off randomly. I tried calling to get it fixed again, but its been a hassle to get in contact with them. My car still isn't fully fixed.

I would rate this body shop 10 stars. Quality and attention to detail. I used the body shop for frontend collisions repair that was covered under insurance. Professional knowledgeable and easy to work with. My insurance recommended a body shop In the insurance preferred network and I decided to do my own research. I am glad I found this place. It is one of those shops you know will do the job right the first time and not over charge because you have insurance. Definitely recommend
