They overcharge by a lot. I called to make sure they could mail my package through usps and notified her that I had paid for the postage through the eBay. I told her on the phone that the label gets printed. She told me that sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. So I show up and I wait a long time because she’s dealing with a customer and she’s the only cashier. When it’s my turn I show the code and she says let’s see if it works. And then she says just to let you know we charge $1.50 to print the label. She should have said that one the phone before I came to the location. I would advise to never use this place to mail unless you really have to because this it seems they overcharge by a lot to mail things and added hidden charges.

Be aware of pricing at this location.
I asked if stamps were marked up and was told no, yet I was charged $50 for 40 stamps, which cost $31.20 at USPS (78¢ each). When I called to ask about the difference, the response was dismissive and no refund was offered.
Add an unpleasant interaction with staff over a small item my child accidentally dropped, and the overall experience was very poor. Verify prices carefully or go directly to USPS.

I love the postal annex at this location. I enjoyed waiting in line and looking at the interesting and useful tools they had, for example a passport photo machine you could use yourself. I also have a mail box here. I really appreciate the work they put into the box service. They always work hard to make sure I get my mail. Thank you postal annex!

Unreliable ignore complaints and refuse to refund. Don’t believe a thing James tells you it all a stall. Tried multiple times to get problem resolved but will no longer respond

Disha Vora is amazing , sweet and fast . We called and she said to just walk in for notary services . No appt needed . We walked in for notary services and she was very helpful . Come here for fast service . Done in 10 minutes

I won’t go anywhere else to make my copies. This place is affordable and a 5 min drive from my house. The nice lady at the front desk is always positive and friendly.
