Okay, first things first, *expletive* this corporations policy for "walk-ins." Now I put the quotation marks because at most places, walk-ins are given some level of priority, a sense that you will be seen within a reasonable time. Unless of course you're at the DMV or the ER. Now tell me why, this place, is worse than both of those places put together??? Tell me why I walk in, 5 minutes after opening, just to sit there for over an hour and slowly come to the realization that I may be stuck there for the entire day. Thankfully, I voiced my displeasure and luckily, I did so kindly, cause if I did not the kind lady who in a very coded message told me she'd take me in 20 minutes, probably wouldn't have. This is also the moment I learn that MOST WALK-INS WAIT ON AVERAGE A TOTAL OF 3 HOURS BEFORE BEEING SEEN. Mind you, the kiosk where you check in as a walk in tells you specifically you will have to wait 30-60 minutes. So, all that being said, *expletive* this place and the people who run it, and thank you very much to the kind lady who decided to help me after I was there for over an hour, you could have easily followed your shitty corporation's policy and you didn't. For that, I respect you! Once again though, *expletive* this place so much, do not come here as a walk-in. They practically spit in your face... Can't imagine anyone who would think to themselves, "I need to get a lab test done, I should go to Quest. They're very timely."

I arrived ten minutes before closing and signed in on the kiosk. A short, bald guy comes to the door and asks if I had an appointment. I told him I did not. He rudley stated the blood draw procedure takes 45 minutes and said he would take me this time. At the end of the day, I couldn't get my blood drawn because I couldn't download my lab paperwork. This particular staff needs training. He was rude, unprofessional and just didn't seem to care.

I procrastinated having my labs done because I didn't want to have to take even more time off work. I searched online and learned that this Quest Lab had Saturday morning appointments so I made an appointment. When I arrived, I checked in by responding to a text I had received. Sat down for just a couple of minutes and my name was called. The young man who drew my blood was very nice and professional AND I didn't even feel the needle going into my vein. I wished I remembered his name. I had two different Dr's requesting my labs so I gave him both orders and he made sure to enter everything into the system so both would receive copies - and they did. The entire process was so simple and painless. I never thought I'd write a review on labwork but this was deserving because of my experience there!

Although walk in wait time maybe long (which is usually with every Quest) it was soooo extremely worth it. I have always had problems with blood work, but they were able to get it done so fast and painless. I’m so used to being stabbed multiple times by the needle from other places, but this was honestly life changing. Will be coming here for every future blood work appt.

the worst. do not come to any quest diagnostics if you don't have appointment. there is noone to help you. do not attempt to walk in. they will keep you there for hours and hours. this is the worse client service. go to labcorop or foothill pres hospital or intercommunity hospital lab department to do your blood test

worst place i have ever been to. quest diagnostics is just a @#$& hole that does not care about their clients. they have boarded up the front office and left two ipads in the waiting rooms to checking. i felt so bad for older Hispanic clients who did not know what to do. terrible place .

Do not bother going if you do not have an appointment. Standby is a complete waste of time. Waited 2.5 hours for nothing. At one point the waiting room was empty, down to a couple of us on the standby and for at least 30 minutes, nobody was called in. Screen shows "currently being service = 1" and soon increased to 3 after appointment shows up. They could have completed a couple of standbys in that period of 30 minutes but it seems to me that they are only waiting to service appointments only. When asked, the lady was rude and dismissive to an elderly couple asking them "what do you want me to tell you?"

After spending over an hour trying to book an appointment online, it turns out, even the website sucks. 20 minutes trying in person to contact a real person at the San Dimas facility and left the empty offic with a room full of chairs and I Pads. I'll see if Lab Corp can help.

Making appointment in MyQuest is so much easier than call by phone.Experience with phlebotomist could vary so much from person to person and I was lucky that I had a lady with long black ponytail who was beyond professional, she makes everything nice and easy, and drew my blood in a way i don’t even feel the slightest pinch, I’ve also had ones who hurt me so much that the pain lingers for hours after the blood draw.

Worst place. They don’t help for nothing or even let you about making an appointment. AT ALL COST MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. The bad part is there phone systems doesn’t allow you to make an appointment. You need to scan there qr code. Poor service and hate coming. Avoid if you can if not plan ahead. Instead of helping they make it worse and frustrating

Nice friendly personal. I suggest that you set an appointment up before you go there. My first time, I was given a phone number to call so I could make an appointment. Don't bother, the number at one time, far, far in the past might have belonged to someone or something. But it's no longer in service and don't bother asking the personal about this number, they have no clue, but it's not their fault. Just go on the web to Quest and make an appointment, it's quick and easy, unless you don't have anything else better do and you like to people watch.
