Disappointed. I ordered some rings from their site that were described as fitting all d16 engines. At this time all the specs were blank, which wasn’t a concern as I’ve had good experiences with this shop previously. After receiving the rings and discovering that they do not fit my particular engine, I made contact via email. Before responding to me they updated the site to include specs as well as a statement excluding my particular engine from being compatible with these rings. In the response they informed me that I could exchange the rings if they hadn’t been installed or attempted to be installed. This is after I stated that I had already attempted to install them. At this point, I cut my losses and decided to go with another company for the correct rings. At the end of the day, this was all over a $50 set of rings… my point being, if they are willing to go to such lengths to avoid eating $50 due to a mistake that they made, they probably aren’t that trustworthy.Ended up buying the rings from a more competent shop at a slightly cheaper price. Go figure.

Had a buddy of mine recommend Swap Shop Racing to me a couple years ago when he bought some rods + pistons for his EK turbo build, so I decided to give them a go. I purchased/ordered an LS/VTEC conversion kit from their website since I couldn't find one easily anywhere else. The customer service is mint, tracking is accurate, they have been very helpful and the process was smooth. Definitely shop here with peace of mind. Didn't go in store but bought some motor mounts online. I ordered the wrong part and they took care of my issue. Very patient with me and even offered a discount when they told me I couldn't exchange my parts(weren't in original condition). Super helpful online and great prices.
