Went to U-Haul today to purchase some moving supplies and had a great experience. Can't say that I've ever been inside a U-Haul store but the staff was super friendly attentive and helpful. Thank you Covina U-Haul for such a positive experience and great customer service.

I called to set up a car trailer rental and it took a while. They kinda messed up on the info I gave them. You have to bring the trailer back to the pickup location. You can't drop off the trailer at any U haul location. Took a while to hear back from them.
