and the young staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I prefer going here before any other means of shipping or mailing. Keep up the great work!

I've been coming to this store for years! Always appreciate their clear explanations of amazon returns, notary, use of printing, and the $1 fee for the tape. I'm not a fan of the $1 tape, but its okay its their rules. In an emergency, when I didn't have tape, I paid the $1, and the store associate made sure the package was well taped up.
There could be a long line but its nothing to be intimated by because at this store, they have self checkout for amazon returns, which is super convenient, especially since a lot of customers who go into the store is primarily for amazon returns. That being said, the line goes by really quick, and you will be out of there super fast.
Overall this store is amazing and will continue going to this store for all my amazons, and paper printings. Thanks UPS store :)

This is my go to place for returns and shipping. The staff is super friendly, warm, and helpful. I'm on a first name basis with most of them and prefer to go to them than the machines for the convo. But if there's a line, the self service machines are super convenient and quick. This will continue to be my go to location for shipping and returns. Highly Recommend!

I have been attending this UPS location a few years now, mainly to notarize documents, sometimes for the typical amazon return. In all the years I have attended this store, all the staff , both current and past, has always been courteous and helpful. Sam the notary is knowledgeable and I have never experienced difficulty in notarizing neither with the store or the receiving party.

I went to this UPS Store (1404 Azusa Ave.) to have some documents notarized. The notary person there did not seem to know very much about notarizing legal out of state documents at all! He seemed to lack the grasp of the English language & seemed confused with my documents. He would not notarize my documents for me! He was only familiar with very simple documentation. I then went to Chase Bank & they notarized my documents with no issues or hesitation at all. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PARTICULAR UPS STORE FOR ANY OF YOUR NOTARY NEEDS… The notary person there does not know what they are doing. His notary commission in my opinion should be cancelled! Very poor notary person at this store. This notary person should go back to notary school & learn about notarization of legal documents, get retrained or get out of the notary business!
My attorney stated that his knowledge of notarizing documents was totally worthless! This notary person clearly did not understand my documents, of what they were stating at all!

Amazon returns are made easy, they offer nearly white-glove service. I often see Luis M behind the counter; he is helpful, knowledgeable, efficient and provides excellent service. I rarely have to wait long. I can simply drop off unpackaged items and the team handles all the details from there, making it a quick errand. They have a variety of box sizes available, which is great when I need to cover shipping costs for my returns.

Just like the other people I have the same experience with the computer not good. Other places just charge you for the paper you email the store email and then you just print out whatever you got to print out easy. BUT NOT THIS PLAY THEY WANT ME TO LOG INTO MY PERSONAL EMAIL ON THEIR COMPUTER IT'S SO EASY TO STEAL INFORMATION THESE DAYS THEY'RE JUST MAKING IT EASIER.

I had an emergency and needed to print a few pages asap! I’ve never been to this location before and was honestly expecting a hassle and to be here for a long time.. Luckily the worker on shift was very competent and helpful, I told him I would definitely leave a review for all of his help and making my visit a quick and easy one! Thank you again for your help Luis, I will be choosing this establishment in the future due to the convenience of doing business here.

They make it hard to return something and want you to spend more money for computer time just to print a label when before you could of just email it to them and they print it out but now they doing to much....

This location has always been helpful with Amazon returns very easy transaction. I went today and the employee told me to use the computer and didn’t explain what to do. I had already sent the labels to the usual email for faster transaction and now I paid for just trying to figure out how to do my own label. The time empires before completing anything and got nothing from it and still got charged! I will no longer be using UPS form of returning Amazon packages. The whole point of going is to get help and having my purchase retuned. It was a waste of time and money. I ended the session after 5 minutes and my account show they are charging me $20 when I left it show $3 this is a rip off.
