This location has always been helpful with Amazon returns very easy transaction. I went today and the employee told me to use the computer and didn’t explain what to do. I had already sent the labels to the usual email for faster transaction and now I paid for just trying to figure out how to do my own label. The time empires before completing anything and got nothing from it and still got charged! I will no longer be using UPS form of returning Amazon packages. The whole point of going is to get help and having my purchase retuned. It was a waste of time and money. I ended the session after 5 minutes and my account show they are charging me $20 when I left it show $3 this is a rip off.

I am a regular here for Amazon returns mostly. The staff is friendly and always helpful. It also helps that it is in a nice location.

One of the employee at this store was very rude to me. She was very unprofessional, and unpleasant towards me I will be getting a hold of corporate. However she was very pleasant with the other customer behind me this is racially profiling.

Overdue review! This UPS Store has served me quite well over the years. At times, literally a life saver, even. (This is a little shop next to Game Stop.)1) I use it the most for Amazon returns. Yes, you can return all your unwanted and defective purchases at Kohl's now, and that's good and all, but this UPS Store located in the Azusa Plaza is closer in distance to me. So it's my number one choice. And the staff is so used to processing Amazon returns that they're super fast. Thanks, guys. (Customers are the bottlenecks, in fact. Guys, have your return QR code ready, so you don't hold up the line.)2) Printing, printing, printing--who has a printer at home anymore? I've contemplated in buying a wireless printer for years, but never pulled the trigger. Don't like them ink prices. Besides, I can always print a few pages at work, but emergencies do arise! That one time I desperately needed to print a shipping label for an urgent parcel? UPS's got my back. It's like a few ten cents to a dollar a page. Well worth the hassles otherwise.3) Notary service. For those who are not familiar with what this is, here ya go: "A credible witness is an individual who personally knows the signer and can vouch for the signer's identity to the Notary." So there were a few instances that I needed this. Official documents needing official identification verifications, witnesses, and signatures. And once more, hey, I can just do it right here at the UPS Store! Fantastic. Yes, there's a fee, and no, not that expensive (around $30, I think), and I am just glad that I can get it done and out of my way efficiently.4) And finally, very occasionally, I have to ship things via actual UPS service (imagine that, namesake, yet the last priority), and I am glad they are here for me. This is such a rarity, though.5 stars! Great location, reasonable prices, prompt service. Please never close.

First time visitor to this store. I was welcomed as soon as I stepped foot in the store. The young lady who assisted me Immediately was friendly, helpful and professional. I had to return Spectrum WiFi equipment and the young lady as mentioned above opened the package in order to confirm the serial number, repackaged the box, scanned the box and handed me a receipt. I dropped by today to return an Amazon package, and although the gentleman was nice, he explained that they charge $1 to put tape on the box. Being that I only needed one strip of about 8 inches of tape, I said "but you're a ups store." He apologized and I left. These are things that are included at most ups stores for free. I understand that some people abuse the free services, but maybe they should charge for tape over a certain amount instead of trying to charge everyone because some abuse free services.

Very bad service with charging you unreasonably! I did Amazon return with no label and box needed service, this bad UPS charges me printing fee and bag fee which I have not been charged by any another UPS store! Don't go there. Just return one thing with $6, which is AmaOn free return for no label and box needed. Ridicules.
